Quality Inn Niagara Falls

Good location in the city. Easy to get out of parking lot with traffic light at the one entrance

The particular wing of the hotel is very busy with the restaurant side entrance for banquets as well as the pool close by. Because of that, the hallway was very loud late into the night. It's just the design of the hotel and the tile floors that help to have the noise echo. Also, housekeeping should pull the night stands once a month and actually clean behind them. Had to move it to plug back in the room alarm clock and it's pretty dirty / dusty back there.

Hotel was comfortable and clean! The trolly to Niagara Falls is misleading.. it was a city bus that dropped us far from the falls or somebody with a slight disability! End it was not an area that I felt comfortable in that they dropped us! Restaurant was delicious!

Trolly/bus shove explained as a bus. I took my car the next day and got parking right at the falls with no problem!

I was expecting a cheap experience for the cheap price. I was surprised they had a indoor pool. Very Nice.

Front desk staff didn't even greet us properly. It gave me a bad impression but the hotel itself made up for it. The cleaning workers were friendlier than the front desk workers.

looks nice in the front but the room just mediocre. the wallpaper near corner bed is in bad condition.

the window glass is cracked and tap water im wash basin is starting loose.

the interior has been remodeled. it was nice to walk in after seeing the dull outside to have a clean smell upon walking in.

bring from a hotel mgmt back ground. It looked like the touch ups that were needed would take awhile and not sure they were working on them. However for my purposes this was a great hotel.

TV didn't work and staff was not helpful. They said we should unplug the cable box and plug it back in. This was high up on the wall but I managed to do this and it still didn't work. It was later in the night (9:00 pm or so) so we didn't pursue this anymore. This was a bit disappointing.

the location was good, central to outer NF, lots of shops, great pizza joint across the street. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The room was clean, fast wifi & a good sized mini fridge.

The hotel was a bit dated, definitely coulda used renovation. Purposely stayed here for the indoor pool (late October) but it wasn’t clean and water was freezing.

I loved my room Rm. 209 and the space. When I am coming back to Niagra Falls, I will love to be in that room again. Thank you Quality Inn

Room services wasn't coming on a daily basis to clean the room as expected. There was no DO not disturb sign to put up in front of the door as well. Other than these, I loved everything else.

The location was close to shopping and restaurants. Didn’t need car to get around. Spacious room. Staff were helpful.

No elevator, pool was dirty, hallways needed cleaning, plus room could use a thorough cleaning.

The people were very friendly and helpful. We were without transportation so they provided us with trolley passes every day to the Falls and all over town.

Very cool in our room.
