Comfort Inn Parry Sound

The hotel was overbooked and we didn't get the room we had expected and reserved but the staff were exceptionally kind and got us as close to what we had booked as possible. We are seniors with somewhat limited mobility but luckily were able to climb the stairs to the second floor or we would have had to drive quite a distance to get another room.

That they were overbooked and the issues stated above

Property was well located to the highway The backside of the property was very private

Unfortunately the room cleanliness was not the best. We found used soap our first night and when we came back a few days later in a different room - empty used coffee cups and not the best state of affairs.

the breakfast was awesome, the beds, pillows and bedding were fantastic, slept better that being at home.

Wish there was a better rate for seniors, if there was i would have stayed another nite or two. Mentioned it, but didnt get anywear, was your loss because i would have spent the extra money which would have benefited your business

We personally liked how nice the service was and how quick response times were. It was a great place to stay.

The room we stayed in was a bit unclean and there were stains on the throw over sheet which was on the bed before we got into the room.

Clean, comfortable. Front desk lady was very friendly and accommodating.

Not great tv service. Upgrade to current day stuff would be nice. A little pricey for an older facility. Room was a little small and only one night table on one side of the bed.

The breakfast was very good ,clean and safe , in a good area .

As I booked in , I was asked to pay extra $ 100 dollars to cover for your safety but earlier that month I stayed in your establishment in Barrie which didn’t require any extra cost. .

From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm and friendly smiles. After a long drive, the cookies and lemon infused water was refreshing and a welcomed treat. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, the breakfast was outstanding and the location was perfect (Close to the highway and all amenities).

very clean Brianna at Front desk was very polite young lady very accommodating beds are great and wonderful shower breakfast was on point great coffee

in the back the patio doors from the room do not meet level ground to get to your vehicle hard to unload and load

I had the pleasure of staying while I was traveling, and the comfort inn was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good- especially given covid. Room was clean and nice. Comfy beds.

My only dislikes would be, and a big one is the location. I initially drove past because the sign at night wasn’t lit up and it’s tucked behind a McDonalds. Only minor complaint was the pillows were too soft to my liking, but I have not considered that in this review.

I liked that the staff were very friendly, our room was clean and breakfast was really good I didn't know to work the waffle maker but the lady that was working with breakfast was super helpful and showed me exactly what to do
