Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast is very filling Wait staff Zewdu is phenomenal. I wished he was there throughout our stay. He goes above and beyond. When we asked for water and refill of tea, he did it on his own while not missing the rest of other guests’ needs. He also assisted us for our dinner takeout - cordially assisted us to comfortably be seated and offered us for drinks while waiting for our ordered meal. HE IS A STAR!!!!! SPA is Superb! My wife had facial and i tried the hydrotherapy which is very soothing Will definitely come back to try the other services

There’s no complimentary water in the room, we asked from the cleaners and we were told to go down and get from the gym When we went down, it’s also NOT bottled water rather a water station. As COVID is still present, bottled water should be offered, there’s not even a disposable cups. You don’t expect us to drink from the tap after those patrons who almost touching the tap with their mouths and never bothered to wipe the tap. Quite frustrating as safety of each guest should prevail

We love the space it was family friendly,rooms were super clean and had a wonderful airport view! Best thing about the hotel was: -Guest Laundry available to do your own laundry at yourown pace! -Water dispenser so helpful when you have kids, -Breakfast had good options for kids french toast waffles and cereals -Room service 10/10 -Everything smells good -Access to pool and gym 10/10 -A convenience store with a friendly salesperson welcomed us with a smile!

More vegan or halal options would have been best!

The hotel personnel (reception, concierge, the shuttle bus driver, cleaning lady and restaurant) was supportive and professional. Information was clear. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We could hear the airport and highway, but it goes with the location. I would like to emphasize that the concierge was as should be (supportive, proactive and when needed reminding the rules).

The shuttle bus schedule might be more frequent.

Everything inside Restraurant’s and pool indoors! Plus free COLD pancakes breakfast, I didn’t like that part! But everything else was lovely!

Somehow in my 2nd booking, to stay there one of us, was left off the room reservations. At check in that should have been, checked and could have been fixed, so the next day when I went for breakfast with my 2x son’s, I had to pay $25.00 for my breakfast or one of our breakfast, that the pancakes and bacon wasn’t even warm? I told the Restraurant’s staff they, said to wait 10 mins? I waited 20 mins, before going back to buffet and pancakes was still cold and bacon. That’s all I had 2x cold pancakes and 3x slices of cold bacon. I was still changed $25.00! I couldn’t believe it, then I checked out I told the lady at front desk about the cold breakfast and I was told by the second person “ sorry” but no one tried to make this right?

staff was friendly The process at the hotel was very delicious and the pool was so nice

we got a bad room it wasn’t cleaned properly table and lamp had gross stuff on it and the bathroom had long black hair in the bathtub and counter/towel also in where the bed was they had a massive water damage bubble and looked nasty.. I didn’t tell anyone bc my time was for my kids on vacation .. also out side the Front hotel door looked gross unclean and had a very nasty smell like urine then walking to the parking area on the sidewalk still had tons of trash no one cleaned it the 3 days we where there walking over nasty French fries catch-up packages and other garbage is very disgusting .. hopefully they can add outside cleaning 🤷🏼‍♀️

Just came to Toronto for relaxing weekend. Came to shop a little go out to dinner

I never knew that we had to pay for parking until we arrived. Was told they would charge the $28 at check out from the deposit. We weren't aware if you were there at the hotel that we had to pay for parking. Obviously as I was last at a hotel over 4 years ago I just didn't know. So at check out this morning I was charged 2x$28 for parking. I found the man at the checkout rather short so asked to speak to the manager. She came out and after a short conversation with her she reversed the 2 charges. I really appreciate her help as I was blindsided and maybe a little bit nieve. I will know for next time.

Everything was incredibly clean, the staff were more than willing to help even if it was late at night, and had great recommendations for local spots. It was only a few minutes from the airport which made it even easier to travel, plus they offer a free shuttle!

The price for a room with a view of buildings, was pretty high. Especially considering multiple other hotels in the same area were cheaper, but given the service you got the price did make sense, it was top qualitty.

My stay 6.5 years ago was so amazing and memorable (should have reviewed then), that when my layover turned into a 3 day visit, since my flight to Vancouver got cancelled, I immediately knew I was staying here again. The place has only gotten better since! Super helpful professional and courteous staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Free shuttle to the airport from which you can get downtown in 30 mins by train. Nice warm color design in the building

Close proximity to the airport. The shuttle was older, but the driver was friendly, the service is offered for free, and it runs often enough to be convenient. Just a quick overnight layover for us so we did not have breakfast.

The bathroom could use an update, and no soap is provided - I recommend offering guests new bath poufs/sponges so using the bath wash is easier.

This is a great hotel option very close to the airport and excellent shuttle service. Check-in was very efficient by VATAM and a very friendly welcome. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice big swimming pool and small gym on site. Restaurant offers a great menu and a few other options within a few minutes walk. AC and wifi worked well. VATAM introduced me to the IHG program that I was not aware of.
