Room was good size. Staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be with their limited english and our limited french

Advertised having continental breakfast, which they didn’t - just a kettle in the hall way. Bathroom was down the hall, which I wasn’t expecting. Nothing in booking said this. Buses were on strike so $20 each way taxi to get into the city - would have been nice if the hotel had informed us of this (started several days before we got there) as I booked it on the basis of a bus stop right by the hotel.

Had to change the dates of the original booking and the person I spoke to was very agreeable and helpful. The same person was on-site for check-in during business hours and she was very personable, helpful and efficient. The room was on the small side but adequate for two. Our particular room opened to the outside, which I liked and a key was needed to lock and unlock the door. I like that but is a very low tech way of doing it by today's standards. Wifi was fast.

Too much noise from the floor squeaking while people were walking around in the unit upstairs and sometimes people would meet to chat right outside the window. it sounded like they could be inside the room.

Great location..bus stop 1 minute away [807] straight into Old Quebec central... convenience store to buy tickets of 10...staff friendly and very helpful.. beds very comfortable... ac a bit noisy but worked well.. all in all a great stay... would use again without question..

Looking a little tired and could possibly do with a lick of paint... but decor not important when beds are comfortable....

We really enjoyed our say at this charming little inn; the staff were friendly, the place was very clean, and I loved how small and cozy it was. When we arrived we found that we had been upgraded to a room with a private bathroom (and a microwave!), which was a lovely surprise. The price was also excellent :)

The hotel was a bit farther from the old town than I would have liked; however, the area is well connected to Old Quebec and other areas of the city by bus. The air conditioner was also an older model so it was quite loud, even on the lower setting (but that being said, we were definitely grateful to have air conditioning!).

We arrived in Quebec super late and yet the check-in process was smooth and quick. They just gave us instructions but it was very easy to follow. It was just walking distance to the bus stops and a supermarket where you can buy bus tickets. It was quite a quick bus ride to the city centre too! The staff was very helpful and accommodating and they allowed us to leave our luggages for the whole day after we checked out. Plus, there was always hot coffee at the lobby!

The room is not big, but it has refrigerator, microwave, tableware, dish detergent which are very good for us. It only takes one minute walk from the hotel to the bus stop to get bus 807 to go to the downtown.

The toilet paper dispenser is little loose. The kitchen faucet has some noise when open the tap. For overall, I was happy for chosen to stay there.

Right on the bus line to old Quebec City, small kitchen with fridge, micro, toaster, and sink (kitchenware and utensils provided). Friendly staff, but not fully available as office was being painted, but we did stay in mid-September, which is close to end of high season. Free parking, which is rare in Quebec City. Shower and hot water worked well. WiFi was decently fast for a rental.

A/C worked well, but was noisy for night use. Stairs were narrow, but safe.

Nice ambience, clean room and serene atmosphere. However, it's more like a airbnb than a hotel. Has no restaurant.

They decided to start some sort of construction in the room directly above our room on the morning of our departure. We still had a couple of hours before check out but those hours were filled with knocking and banging above us that it was really inconvenient. It was like we were being forced out.

Location was great! Close to bus line to Old Quebec City! The kitchen was very convenient and perfect for our needs. Parking was free and easy.

There was some road construction outside during two of the nights that kept us awake some.

Great value for the price!! Room was simple but clean. Would definitely stay again. Some things were different due to covid. Had to rate the staff positively because we didn’t see a single other person there - check in was by envelope left at reception area, check out was by returning the envelope under a door. Easy peasy, can’t complain!

No breakfast due to covid and the coffee left at reception wasn’t great. Sink being in the room itself, separate from the bathroom, may be inconvenient for some. Overall it’s great value, but I can see people rating this place negatively if they’re expecting 5 star quality. Go in with reasonable expectations and you’ll be happy with it.
