How quiet it was and bed was extremely comfortable.

How bright the temperature number was un the A/C unit. It lit the entire room when the lights were turned off. After that, it was the large blue numbers on the alarm clock that lit the room blue so we disconnected it. Then, it was perfect to sleep except that the A/C was not on. We found the hallways too dark... could have a fresher feel to it since you're part of a spa. Going south on 117, I missed the entrance twice.

At check-in, staff members "Gabriel" and "Alpha" were both extremely friendly and personable, and went above our expectations to ensure we had a great room. They assigned an exceptional room to us - which exceeded our expectations, and shortly after we got into our room, they called us to see if we were satisfied. This call too we were not expecting and which also exceeded our expectations. Both of them should be highly commended for their exceptional customer service. Because of them we will be returning to this hotel :) Thank you.

Our only suggestion for improvement would be for a more secure way of crossing the street to get to the Spa portion of the facilities. It is a 4-lane street that must be crossed, so if there was a pedestrian crosswalk installed between the hotel and the spa it would be much safer for guests to move from one building to the other. I realize the hotel does not have 100% say on this because it would have to be the City/Municipality who installs the crosswalk, but perhaps the Hotel could lobby the local government for them to install one.

Everything was wonderful and very comfortable. I love that there isn’t any outrageous fees to bring my small dogs.

I wish it had spa areas for younger children. I was with my 9yo and unfortunately she could only use the outdoor pool. It rained and was chilly a few days so she wasn’t able to swim. I do realize that not every child is as well behaved as she is and that’s one of the reasons the rules are in place since it’s supposed to be relaxing.

Excellent access to microwave. Easy parking. large room, I can open the windows. Shuttle to spa.

Correspondence was only in French. I booked hotel before hotel changed the ownership. I was told that it will not affect me, but it did. Hotel did not provide bath rope and towels for spa any more. Breakfast very basics, little variety over 3 days.

I liked the staff and the "vibe". The ambiance was excellent and the room was comfortable.

I was not impressed with the breakfast. I guess I expected more of an American style breakfast than a continental breakfast. That was my bad and not a reflection on the Hotel. I'm on a low carb diet so the breakfast options were limited.

The room was clean and the bed comfy.

The spa is not included anymore when you stay at the hotel. To be honest, why go to this hotel? There is nothing but the spa across the street. Was better a couple of years before, when the spa was included. The breakfast is included but the quality is not good at all. We won't come back because the price is not worth the quality you receive.

Location as we spend time in the spa across the road. Transportation to and from the spa. Free breakfast was included. The hotel is located on the river and the view from the outdoor pool was beautiful. Highly recommend it if you are planning to stay in the spa for the day.

Proximity to the spa, price, cleanliness

Room was below grade and window looked right into the parking lot. It is across a 4 lane highway from the spa with no close crossing in either direction. I was able to cross but it was definitely not comfortable

Breakfast was good, lots of choice. The restaurant was nice with a beautiful view out the windows on two sides

I saw tea bags but no hot water. Also, there were little cards they put on the tables after they were cleaned saying they were disinfected, but after guests left, the cards were still there. There should be someone removing these

Super friendly staff. Gorgeous Hotel. So luxurious. We had an extra large vehicle and trailer they managed to find a place to park for us. They helped us with the spa across the street The breakfast was lovely too
