La Sagueneenne - Hotel et Centre de Congres

Everything was clean, friendly staff, the price was great, and the coffee in the room was more than welcome. We also liked that a food store was just across the street ! The best part for sure was the pool and SPA and the towels !

On our last night at the Hotel, the fire alarm went off at 3:30 in the morning and woke us all up and the reason was because supposedly a guy in the next room had taken a hot shower triggering the fire alarm. But I was there when the firefighters talked to the guy in the room... A very big smell of weed was present and the guys eyes where blood shot red.... So im pretty sure the smoke from his joint triggered the fire alarm more that his supposely hot shower... My wife and kids took hot showers after the pool and the fire alarm never got triggered... We ended up leaving the Hotel room for home at 4 in morning cause the kids couldnt sleep anymore and us either...

The pool and hot tub are great and the sauna was the cherry on top! Great staff and such a clean place.

There were some “noises” such as screaming neighbours, loud kids in the pool, and the room above us sounded like there were people bouncing off the walls. The AC also made a lot of sound and there was an irritating “ticking” noise in the wall. When we told the front desk, I think they came by when we were out because it was gone when we got home that night but it started again the day after.

Pool was clean and had lifeguard. Rooms were spacious, plenty of parking, hotel looked clean, rooms had a fridge and microwave, close to many amenities like restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, location made it easy to access highway. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Minor inconvenience- fire alarm batteries needed to be changed and kept sounding the alarm. We had to move rooms in the middle of the night since the staff who did have batteries had no way to reach the ceiling. The staff were quick to respond and arranged another room. It was just a pain the move rooms at that hour.

Went to eat in restaurant for supper took over an hour for 2 salads . When I questioned they said people who made a reservation were a priority and not us English speaking people she was quite rude .

Was very good had use of swimming pool+jacuzzi

We were told evening before we could have breakfast next morning when we came down early next morning for breakfast told was not possible as restaurant was remained closed so alas had to drive around to find somewhere open for us to take breakfast.not very impressed they should know beforehand

- very good pool with the spa bath , pool is long and deep enough on one end, clean and the access procedure is rather convenient, nice windows giving "fresh air" sensation - location is also convenient with easy access to multiple local restaurants - the room is spacious and beds are comfortable

- in our room there were no windows looking outside (windows were towards the interior pool) - only one elevator, so you might need to wait to be able to use it

The staff were absolutely great very helpful and accommodating. Met all my needs and concerns very happy stay

Would’ve eaten at the restaurant but I found it closed a lot

- spacious room - comfortable bed - large desk if you need to work a bit - clean - swimming pool/jacuzzi open until 10pm

- chlorine in jacuzzi is extremely strong, after just few minutes my eyes were irritated (of course with keeping the head above the water). my skin was affected for several days too. i regret i tried it.

Nice pool area open until late for a post-dinner chill-out. Room large and comfortable.

Gym rather small and under repair not notified.
