Ascott Raffles City Chengdu Serviced Apartments

We loved the shops underneath the hotel!! Super convenient for grocery and for a meal, with lots to choose from. The staff are so helpful and well trained, their service is top notch, which was the most unforgettable part of our stay. Breakfast is different everyday with several staple items, plus a chef counter who cooks fresh noodles, dumplings and wontons etc upon request. The location is convenient too, being close to a metro station with 2 lines, despite the recent construction happening right outside.

Our room lacked the dryer that was supposed to be on top of the washing machine. The hotel staff gave me a cloth hanger for drying which we preferred anyway. That’s about the main thing.

Staff were incredibly helpful, even helped me with booking tickets to the panda research base when I couldn’t buy without a local mobile number. Had free room upgrade as well. Decent gym facilities

10mins walk from the train station, need to walk 15mins or so to nearest local food street so not the most accessible location even though it was connected to Raffles City mall. On one of my last few night, there was a really bad ceiling leakage and had to transfer rooms twice which was really inconvenient.

The breakfast was excellent with many tasty choices. Got a free room upgrade, because the first room was not quiet enough. The hotel was very clean. All the service staffs were friendly and professional.

The nearest metro station entrance was under construction. Had to walk a long way from the hotel to the metro station.

Room was huge and had a kitchen, fridge etc. It was situated in the shopping mall, with a large supermarket and food court in the lowest level. We got a nice takeaway from a burger outlet and took back to the room.

The Chengdu metro is being upgraded along the main road so it was not so easy to get across the road to the metro station.

Breakfast satisfactory, location for metro lines excellent, walk to city centre very enjoyable. Large clean and very comfortable apartment, well serviced. Over a modern shopping mall with choice of food restaurants made grabbing a quick dinner easy and all exceptionally clean and helpful.

Top quality studio. Very well equipped. All what you need to rest during the long travel. Professional and very helpful staff. Rooms/studios are very clean and comfortable. Just a few minutes walk to the subway station. In the second building is located shopping centre with bars, restaurants and shops. Delicious breakfast. It could not been better.

They almost charged us 1000+rmb extra. Only got it rectified cos my friend checked the bill.

Travelling over from the UK and here is a home from home! Lover the location and the staff are always great.

It’s not a dislike but the breakfast could do with a fresh look now and then. What you have a ok but maybe just a few tweaks here and there

We always come here when visiting Chengdu, one reason is it's a home from home. the breakfast is a little weak but I cant mark you down for that as it's built around your main customers. there is always the super market on the bottom floor if needed. Thank you again for a good stay

Got upgraded to 3 bedroom apartment. It was huge with panorama view. The room, location, facilities....Everything was great. On top of it, it is connected to a big shopping mall with shops, cafés, restaurants, supermarket, cinema, spa...And short walk to the subway.
