The Customer service as lead by the GM David and his team is exceptional. The breakfast buffet was an 11 out of 10. Loving the room sizes and two double beds in the twin rooms too. Complementary transport to Canton Fair very convenient. Beautifully located next to the Central Park area and walking distance to Canton Tower. Many restaurants and food options near by. When Guangzhou I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else!

The air was too cold at the lobby bar area made it very uncomfortable. The outside temperature was not too warm. There are bad aromas coming from plumbing pipe in the toilet room.

Good location - just opposite to the office. Easy to get to CBD for a late dinner & lovely walk.
- Room: The room is separated from a suite, with a door to your neighbour (but ofc it's locked). - Soundproofing: Quite bad. - Cleaness: As it's quite humid in Greater Bay Area, the damp air in the room makes me feel uncomfortable.
