The place location is near to old town a good start to discover the city, the room comfy abd stylish love it ,the staff helpfull.
The food was not good at all, its arrived super cold, taste was bad and the tom yum soup was really bad and nasty. No sound proof you may hear some noisy guest around you.

The hotel is located just where the old city starts so a great point to explore Lijiang by foot. Room is very spacious and comfortable. The amenities were great and the free water bottles were much appreciated.

The breakfast was great - a good selection of both Chinese and Western options available. The room was very comfy and spacious. The hotel is on the edge of the ancient city which makes it very convenient.
There was a lot of traffic around the ancient city so travelling to various dinner spots took a bit of time.

Modern and edgy design. Breakfast was relatively cheap at 120 RMB, and could either enjoy it at the hotel or go to the InterContinental directly opposite. The breakfast at the IC is better. Could use the gym and swimming pool at the IC - literally a 2-minute walk only. Staff were very friendly. Location is just by the South Gate so very convenient for accessing taxis and for walking into the Old Town.
The blankets and pillows are comfortable but the bed is hard. I guess it is designed for Chinese.

Everyone at front desk are so friendly and helpful! Especially Ms Wang Jingjing, also special thanks to Ms Candy Zhou from Charm restaurant, she is so familiar and explained to me all special dishes professionally, also prepared breakfast packing as i need to catch my flight early, really appreciated their hospitality, really enjoyed my stay here!

We didn’t like the breakfast, the restaurant was cold, food was cold except cooked to order options. The regular menu was very basic, the bread didn’t even fit in the toaster. Somehow nobody figure out that the bread was bigger then the toaster...

- staff failed to tell us in advance about access problems so it took us half an hour longer to reach the hotel - sauna was out of action - staff told us no room for breakfast. Only because we complained they found us space. That does not seem acceptable for a 4/5 star hotel!
