The price was very reasonable for the hotel quality. Location was in the New Ningbo Center, with good restaurant options nearby. Also very close to a metro station making traveling around the city convenient. Nice and helpful staff at the reception. Good level of cleanliness. Breakfast with enough choices.
No big complaints, maybe room lacked some basic amenities like an iron/ironing board, a bottle opener, cotton buds and so on. Also getting a bottle opener from reception was not easy, only after long wait (45 minutes or so and after 2nd time asking) someone came to open one bottle for me, but there was no opener that could be left in the room.

I liked the location, not far from shopping malls, plazas, restaurants.The room was nice and the view was amazing but the carpet needs changed.
The negative part was the lack of English speaking staff and breakfast that didn't meet my expectations. The only smoking area was out side in the cold.

Great location, clean room with enough space, Gym is amazing on 18th Floor, open 24hs. The front of the Hotel has a great shopping mall which has great restaurants.

They don’t follow their own ‘towel sustainability policy’. Even when we hung up our towels they still washed them despite saying they would not.
