The facilities were wonderful and the staff really attentive, even with very small details.
The heating wasn’t adjustable so the rooms were a little uncomfortable but they provided a fan which helped immensely! Also the in-room dining wasn’t up to scratch really.

Great location on the water front, staff were amazing and very accommodating for me as I did not speak mandarin. Appreciate all the effort to help me with Taxis and other things. Gym was great. Breakfast spread was very good, although could be more vegetarian options. Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Loved it here.

Warm greeting on arrival & quick check in! The room was spacious and very clean. The shower was great and the bath was big (normally small sizes). We had a beach view which was a bonus as I booked a city room as that was all they had. The coffee bar by the reception was good, and the view of the beach was great outside on the terrace. Location was fab; the beach was on the doorstop with lots of cafes & restaurants near by. I would definitely stay here again 👍

Great location with exclusive access to the beach for hotel guests. Rich selection for breakfast and it’s just wonderful to sit outside with an ocean view at good weather. Hotel facilities are clean and staff was friendly. Will come back soon!

The location was amazing. Right next to the (clean) beach. Check-in and the rest of the staff were great, the Chinese restaurant was incredible, breakfast delicious. Rooms were large enough and great value for the money.
Bed and pillows were abit uncomfortable ... but everyone has their own “taste” when it comes to mattresses (hard or soft or in between), so this is not a negative point in general, just a personal one.
