Friendly staff, welcoming you Large room, sofa as width as the window, desk, clean and much lights that makes the room cozy. Great bed and (rain) shower. Great breakfast with a western and Chinese food options Overall beautiful hotel decorated in the style of Shangri-La.
Friendly tip to dry your breakfast plates before serving. No napkins on buffet neither the tables during my stay.

There are English speakers at the reception. River, the reception manager speaks great English and gave us the best treatment. He really helped us with any questions and requests. One of the girls, unfortunately I don’t remember her name, went out with us at a freezing night to help us catch a taxi and make sure the driver understood where to drop us. The suite was very nice and comfortable, the beds were great. There was a small variety of western food at breakfast but it was tasty and enough for us.
Every time we took a shower the floor was flooded with water. The staff explained us that it’s not because of a leak or a block and there is nothing much to do. They gave us many towels to dry the floor.

The brekkie option is considerably limited, however, given how cheap the room prices are it’s totally understandable

The good place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they let us check in earlier than it supposed to be. The breakfast had a plenty choice of Chinese and western meal.
During the taking a shower the water was leaking from a cabin, so the floor was wet,but there was not a towel feet or something like that.

The room was exceptional, in my opinion. The bed was so comfortable and the room, nicely decorated, was provided with all the necessary amenities. The TV is large and the visual quality is great. The restaurant is good and coffee is available.
