Nice hotel in a very nice location. most of the staff was very nice and helpful

Pedro, from reception, was rather rude when I asked him if we could use the sauna. He in a not nice way said it was out of order as they were doing renovations, when he saw I was a bit upset and asked for his name he changed his mind and said he would make an exception. Not sure where the renovation were being made as we didn’t see any when we went to the sauna. I understand it may be a pain to switch on the sauna, but don’t offer it as a service if you don’t want to actually allow guests to use it.

Front desk staff are very friendly & helpful. The location is great! Felt very safe with lots of cute restaurants & cafes just a couple blocks away. The rooms are well laid out, efficient, with a beautiful view. The beds were very comfortable and the hot water pressure and rain shower were the BEST!

These are all fairly minor but: Breakfast ends at 9:30am and they lock the doors right then so not great for us early birds :( Would have loved if it went til 10! They are stingy with the coffee pods in the room - we had 2 people but they only gave us 1 regular coffee pod a day and said we had to pay if we wanted a 2nd. Eventually they would give us a 2nd, but it was a "to do" every day. Heads up they don't provide conditioner (just shampoo & body wash). One thing for improvement: the cleaning lady took away any towel we had remotely touched everyday. Even if they were hung up or folded. Seemed a bit wasteful and meant we had to keep bugging them to bring us more towels (which they did graciously!)

Staff are excellent and accommodating. Room size was good and quiet. The location is excellent. Lots of restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk but the property is away sufficiently so there is no noise issue.

The gym/fitness centre is disappointing. It appears equipped well but except for a bike and basic cross-trainer, all is broken or in need of repair. There is a sauna, although I didn't try it. Until repaired I wouldn't consider it an option at the property.

Excellent location for food. Comfortable and good lighting. Excellent shower.

They weren't able to accommodate early check-in, then forgot about me while I waited in lobby (they did find a room when I checked back in an hour and a half later). Was woken by blaring fire alarm; after dressing and hurrying downstairs with other confused patrons, we were told it was a simulación, and sat outside for about 15 minutes until it ended. Waited another 5-10 until we could go back up to our rooms. I'm not sure if that's something we could've been warned about in advance.

The room was very clean, the beds are very comfortable, there is hot water & excellent showers, the a/c works very well. The breakfast was excellent and different each day. The people at the reception were very attentive and eager to help. The taxis at the hotel were very puntual and trustworthy. In general all the were very helpful and pleasant.

I liked everything.

Very good mid-price business-styled hotel in a quiet uptown street and neighbourhood, close to Zona G on walking distance. Good breakfast with different types of breads, eggs, juices and good coffee at reasonable price

The Superior room is worth its slightly higher price: far more space and confort than the normal double room.

The staff was excellent, at the reception they did almost everything to make our stay more enjoyable. A special mention of Anna-maria, who's very friendly and so helpful. The property, the room and the location were all exactly as described/displayed and even better than what I expected. The breakfast is simple but it is sufficient and it's served by very friendly and attentive staff.

The only complaint we had is that the room that we had (on the 4th floor) was pretty noisy. Not so much with the noise outside, because the neigbourhood was pretty quiet. But more with insufficient isolation between the rooms, you could hear almost everything from the other rooms and the water running from the plumbing.

Room - Had all the amenities we needed, the room itself is not too big but comfortable enough Location - 10 minutes drive from the city center, but the neighborhood was very nice and safe The staff was excellent. Helped a lot, were very attentive to our needs, and welcoming

Breakfast - Good, there was a reasonable variety of choices but there is some room for improvement

The hotel is super nice, very modern and clean The staff is so kind The location is great for Chapinero but less good for La Candelaria or Montserrat, but we ended up taking Ubers until there for only 4$

We could here the water pipes running when a neighbor took a shower or used the sink but it was OK!

The hotel exceeded my expectations in the sense of what we paid for. Super nice, clean, friendly staff and nice location.

The only small feedback I have is, that it wasn't communicated to us that for the breakfast you are only allowed to order one omelet per person. The extra ones are at additional cost.
