NH Bogota Urban 26 Royal

Spacious rooms, reading lights above beds, Front desk staff all did their best to understand our very limited Espanol and speak to us in English. The breakfast buffet was top notch w/ much variety.

WThe traffic noise, which would be difficult for the hotel to do much about. We used ear plugs and sleep masks which helped. We chose the location as our Colombian hosts live 3 blocks away 😊 We rented 4 rooms but only 1 of them had a mini fridge 😟.

Spacious room, nice view. Front desk staff and security staff were pleasant. 26 is a busy highway, but that doesn’t mean there’s a lot around. On the bright side, it’s very centrally located and an Uber ride to anywhere is very inexpensive. Also checked out the conference areas, and as a conference coordinator for a while, this would be a good spot for a small conference.

Breakfast was sub par, lots of noise coming from within the hotel, zero accouterments in the room. Masking protocol was a little confusing. In general, the room service section left a lot to be desired.

Excellent value for money! It is relatively close to the airport and the area is nice. The room was very nice and the staff was very welcoming and helpful with all my questions and requests. Breakfast was great as all NH hotels.

I've stayed in other NH hotels before so I was a bit disappointed that the coffee maker wasn't included in the room. No bottles of water were provided either which I consider is the most basic thing to do in all hotels.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. My stay was extremely awesome. The rooms were clean. All four sides of the hotel have a great view especially if you’re at the upper floor. The staff were very polite at all time. If you happen to meet Joanna Sanchez then I guess it’s your lucky day. This lady is awesome and she’s the kind of a staff every organization needs. The breakfast was also great with some great staff . I have found a new home In bogota and I will always be there anytime I’m town

The staff was extremely professional, and Jorge at the restaurant was a true gentlemen and scholar.

Noisy guest above our room, which made loud noises by dropping things and banging noises thru out the night.

If you happen to be in Bogota for any kind of trip I will recommend this place for you. It’s well positioned in a the center of bogota making it easy to explore every part of the city. Most of the rooms at the upper floor will give you a nice view of bogota since the city has one of the best sceneries in South America. The staffs are amazing. Nice breakfast. The rooms are clean. Just go ahead and book with them

The site was awesome, clean, silent, in an excellent location, the breakfast has a lot of options and it's delicious it has restaurants and a lot of places near to eat or just to pass by. and the zone is pretty safe to walk at night time

The location was good, the front desk staff was friendly and the view of the city was great

Room cleaning was made late in the day, shortage of towels, some of the personnel in the restaurant could have a better attitude

The room was very big and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice, a lot of choice (fruits, bread, canapés, etc.) especially for vegetarians.

The hairdryer was missing in the room. It was a bit disappointing that used plates stayed in the floor in front of the elevator and haven’t been brought back in the kitchen.

Great View outside, Great reception, Great location. Purchased "Superior" room, was on the 10th floor.

Bed frame/platform under the bed was noisy, probably could have asked the hotel staff to fix this, but I wasn't too bothered. Everything was pleasant
