Hotel Suite Comfort

The hotel is great value for money, I was made very welcome by all the staff, and everyone was very helpful in every way possible. They could not do enough to make my stay as pleasant and as comfortable as possible. Even with a few issues with my room, they offered to move me to a better room.

Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues with the maintenance of the room. A slight leak on a tap and the window surround was not good. The management changed rooms for me, and the second room was much better. A pity about the building site opposite, which was very noisy throughout the day

The room was decently sized but the view from the window was terrible. It basically looked out at the "vacio" which is like the concrete space between the building. The room had an AC which was nice. It also had a TV but just some basic channels. I spent it watching Discovery. The hot water is VERY hot, you really only need to open it a little and then regulate it with the cold water. They let me check in at 10am. As soon as I got in I had to work so I connected to the wifi which was very good. I had a meeting right away and there were no hiccups with the wifi. Breakfast was included in the price which was just your typical paisa breakfast. Nothing to write home about.

Terrible view. Also, the front desk mentioned that anything I take from the minibar I would have to pay for. I didn't have a minibar nor a phone in my room. Also, someone I know left keys for me at the front desk with my room number on them. When I got back in that night, no one handed me the keys. In the morning when I checked out, still no one handed me the keys. I had to come back hours later when I was at my ex-husband's apartment (he lives across the street) and he asked me about the keys. The front desk had the keys the whole time and never handed them to me. Thankfully we were able to get the keys back immediately.

Large, clean comfortable room. In a safe quiet neighbourhood. Strong WiFi, excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. A couple of restaurants and convenience store nearby.

Overall, it's a great hotel choice! Super attentive staff, clean rooms, quiet location on a residential street.

The bathroom (in the Superior Suite at least) was cramped to the point of feeling little better than the facilities on an airplane. The breakfast food was good, but by the time we went to eat at 9:20 AM (breakfast runs 8-10), there was hardly any of it left. Beds are definitely on the short side.

Located near the famous 70 street, with lots of bars, restaurants and discos, but in a quiet street. The rooms are nice. Breakfast was excellent.

If there's a window, I expect to be able to watch outside, not to see a staircase. Maybe a tat expensive for what you get.

Really good neighborhood, really good breakfast , shuttle service from the airport for 80 mil pesos. The people are quite nice.

I had a room with a window to a super loud water boiler (you had window to a room with a water boiler and this room had a window to the street). But the next day I could change the room.

The location is the best part, you can find anything minutes walking. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good

You can hear everything from every floor

was really good but very noisy, all the rooms seem to be connected and you can hear everything people say, also the breakfast was really poor, also they could include an iron on the rooms, since this is kind of a corporate business like hotel
