NH Collection Olomouc Congress

The location is just right. you are a walking distance from the city center. The parking space at the hotel is large so you can always find a place for your car. The Best thing about this place is the gym. you have access to the Omega gym right next door with Sauna and heated pool. Got everything you need. The room is spacious and clean and has a mini bar with all the amenities that you need. The staff are friendly and attend to your need. the shower and the toilet also very large. I stayed for 10 11 nights and i will definitely stay here during my next stay.

The bed was not that comfortable maybe they can be renewed. although the parking is paid i guess a kind of special discount would be an advantage for guests staying for more than a week. other than that the Stay was perfect.

Location of the hotel close to city center and next to the multi sport arena and park is fenomenal combination. Hotel restaurant quality remain on very high level also like rooms.

We have made reservation for room with one big couple bed, but only rooms with two separate beds left during our arrival. Nobody inform us, nobody compensate with smile and own activity to surprise us as customers. Last time personal was more initiative at least with free drinks on bar.

Breakfast very good, room ok but bed's cold be more comfortable, restaurant very good. Hotel is located in a quiet area, 15 min walk from the city center, the parking was ok even looks smaller in pictures than reality.

The hotel performed some improvements in some spaces, so only one restaurant was available, also was a little bit more dust around then I expected. First night the air conditioning wasn't performed correctly (not cold air) but next day come back to cool the room ok.

Nice place to stay, very clean and the staff were very accommodating- allowed us to check in early and request a room with a bath. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Great hot water. Pleasant and easy 10 min walk to main square. I also loved the noon checkout time.

The only negative is that although I knew the pool was in the adjacent wellness center I wasn’t told that kids are only allowed in there at certain times of the day and even then only if they are over 6 years old- until after I booked. As I was travelling alone and one of my kids is 5 this made the pool unusable. Having said this, it wasn’t a deal breaker for us

The bathroom cosmetics were good, shower spacious, the room as well. I appreciated a lot the blackout curtains. The coffee in the room also quite good and I appreciated that one in 3 capsules was decaffeinated. The minibar had also decent selection. I was requesting ergonomic pillows and I got one (unfortunately only one from 3). The breakfast selection was quite nice, having also special diet choices, possibility to ask for freshly made eggs, good coffee and bread

They didn’t meet my request to have a king bed, instead I got twin beds one next to each other. It was promised to have a kids breakfast selection, which was one of the reasons I have chosen this hotel, but except Cini-minis and some average quality pancakes, there was nothing special for them.

Nice hotel with quiet and large rooms. City view is perfect too. Very nice and diverse breakfasts. Parking with sufficient capacity is available. Shower comsetics with good quality. We will use again.

Double bed has good mattress, but bed frame is two parts, so some times bed halves are separated... that is only one small issue.

Room, food, staff and parking was excellent. Been travelling round Europe for over a 4 weeks and this hotel tops all others. Breakfast was amazing, you could even get your choice of fried eggs, omelette etc freshly cooked to your taste but so much choice on the buffet tables we never bothered. Walking distance to the centre of Olomouc, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay and on our list if ever we returned. Really a surprise to us and so happy we chose this hotel for a two night stop over.

The hotel is, literally, in the midst of greenery. If you are a fan of running or recreation in nature, you will hardly find a better hotel in this part of Olomouc. Alternatively, you can sit and enjoy the tranquillity of the magical garden The congress centre is well-designed and functions as a true congress centre with a separate entrance and offers the possibility of branding and privatisation. The outstanding architecture is an additional advantage for your event. The hotel is remarkably great, and more importantly, of incredible value to event organisers. We have no doubt that upon its opening in Olomouc, the hotel shook the local scene. It is evident that the Spaniards are masters in the congress business and understand the needs of congress organisers. Consequently, the hotel is often fully booked, and it seems the formula behind building a congress hotel works flawlessly in the Czech Republic. What impressed us more was the staff and their professionalism, including their sense of orderliness and cleanliness. All in all, NH Collection Olomouc Congress is a fantastic congress hotel.

The hotel hardly has any imperfections. A meticulous remark goes to the volume of the air conditioning, which nonetheless did not disturb our sleep.

The room is very modern, comfortable, clean and quiet. Bathroom is great, bed is cozy, big windows with ok view. The breakfast was fabulous. Staff is friendly and helpful. In terms of comfort it is probably the best option in Olomouc.

The location is far (35 min fast walk) from the train station, this will not be a problem for car travelers. And the location itself is not exactly central. SPA is pricy and located in nearby building (connected). The coffee/tea cups in the room are very small :)

the breakfast buffet lacks variety and also quality- processed/ready made scrambled eggs, no fresh juices, no fresh cream cheese spreads, dry rolls- overall a bit disappointing for a 9,3 breakfast scale
