Hotel Victoria

Large rooms, some with a balcony. Good location, free hotel parking. Very good breakfast

They don't speak English, it's hard to communicate. Antique Furniture. There was no double bed in the room, we asked to change to a room with a double bed, the receptionist claimed that through booking there is no such option (if we understood correctly because she did not speak English), and they did not change our room. We asked for rooms close to each other, there was no proximity between the rooms (we are talking about a family with 4 children and therefore it was important to us that the rooms be close to each other)

The reception staff were welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect for our purposes and we walked everywhere we wanted to get to. The room was comfortable and met our needs. The breakfast was generous and had sufficient choices. The choice of using the outside garden terrace was nice. We really enjoyed the view across the train tracks(no sound with windows closed) to the coloured row houses was fascinating. We recommend staying here - good value for money.

The restaurant staff were abrupt, lacked a welcoming customer service attitude and we felt uncomfortable, so didn't choose to eat there aside from breakfast. It's a little dated but we liked that. You need to ask for a kettle.

The room was very spacious, the bathroom very nicely decorated, like for a private residence rather than a typical hotel bathroom. Both room and bathroom were spotless clean. We ate dinner in the hotel's a la carte restaurant, they had many dishes to choose from and what we ordered was very tasty. Staff is very friendly, they all speak English. Breakfast was varied, lots of tasty breakfast foods to choose from. The hotel parking is secure, which was a plus. Will definitely go back to this hotel next time we pass through Pilsen.

If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay during your travels, Hotel Victoria should definitely be at the top of your list. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a classic elegance that is sure to make you feel right at home. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with comfortable beds, luxurious linens, and modern amenities such as flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi. I'm happy to say that hotel Victoria offer delicious and varied breakfast options: high-quality ingredients, attentive service and a relaxing atmosphere to start your day.

This hotel has very large rooms and friendly staff. It is clean and there is a train station literally in front of it. The city centre is also very close (walking distance). The tram is also easily reachable.

I have nothing specific to complain about apart minor details. For example, it would have saved me a trip to the reception if the mini-fridge had some water in it. Also, the shower in my room would have needed some barrier - I was flooding the bath at every shower. Regardless, my opinion of this hotel is good.

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was also good. If you are coming by train then it's very comfortable as the train stationis right across the street.

If you come by car you have to come very early because otherwise there might not be a free spot at the hotel's parking and you can't reserve it, so we had to look around for about an hour where to park. Our room was facing the main street so it was very noisy from 5am and it was almost impossible to sleep.

I stayed in a single room out of the high tourist season. Probably the best value for money I've ever experienced in any hotel in Europe. For 40 EUR there was a clean room, even though it was a single room it had a really large bathroom. Breakfast and nearby parking were included in the price. The hotel also has a restaurant with good Czech food for a very afordable price. It is about a 10 minute walk to the city center.

Breakfast room was very crowded and I had to wait for the table. Food on the buffet, however, was quickly refilled and freshly prepared.

We required 2 rooms, therefore we were given the apartment which provided privacy for each room, and connection via an internal door. Each room was very spacious, with good storage space. The building was well maintained.. The hotel has a nice private garden with tables and chairs to sit for breakfast, or a drink etc. The breakfast was very good.

The shower over bath had no shower screen, so everything gets wet Tea cups are very small

Clean and quiet room with balcony (but not all rooms have a balcony). Breakfast buffet offered various choices (salty and sweet food). Spacious and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful reception staff during check-in.

During the check-out I was waiting at the reception desk, a receptionist was present at the desk but did not answer me. When other guests arrived to check-out, the receptionist immediately answered to them. I had to ask another employee to do the check-out.

Overall, a very nice experience. The staff was very nice, the hotel was very clean and walking distance to the city center. Breakfast was good with several options. Even though we had the view over the main street, there was no noise during the night. Liked the blinds, they kept out the streetlights very well.

The clasic design is not really my favourite but I am sure that there are people that are staying there, especially to experience that.
