Clarion Congress Hotel Ústí nad Labem

The staff were very accommodating. I became ill and needed to stay longer on my departure day. They let me be there much later without any hassle or extra charges. The location is great and centrally located with easy access to bus and a short walk to the train station.

The room is starting to show its age- one wardrobe door fell off its hanging hinge under normal use. The hotel uses fixed soap dispensers, but in the bathtub, it was set for shower height, so it was difficult to use if sitting in the tub to take a bath.

Spacious room with effective ventilation/AC, equipped with fridge and a large writing desk. The bathroom has a full size bathtub. Good sound isolation made the room perfectly quiet despite the central location. Secure parking in the underground garage of the hotel.

There was no shortcoming at all.

Perhaps a little outdated but would definitely return. Room was very spacious and very comfortable and they seemed to take Covid seriously in their cleaning. Car park was good and I arrived really late but no problem checking in as the desk has someone 24/7 Staff were helpful Also reviews seem genuine unlike some of the other hotels in the area that unusually for booking.com didn't appear genuine to me.

Could have been a bit more modern in its decoration but probably being a bit picky!

It's a very good hotel in the city centre. It's close to the shopping district. The room is very comfy and view from the window is nice. Greeting to a very nice and gentle waiter at the breakfast.

There're many issues during the breakfast. Lack of juices, coffee machine was broken. The variety of food wasn't too wide. Second helpings were not full, as there were lack of some warm food.

I always stay in this hotel whem I tranzit Cech Republic. It has an underground parking and it is located close to center of the town

We used to eat in the evening in the restaurant downstaira but for the last 4 years has been closed.

The stay at the hotel was pleasant, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. The hotel is not far from the city center

Only paid parking is available at the hotel. There is no place to park outside

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good, not the best but above Czech average.

The second night there were people partying one floor above (probably inside a guest room), going on until 6:00 in the morning.

The bed mattress is too hard, the pillows are too soft for me. The tap filters and the shower head should be replaced more often, because the water goes everywhere.

Very good breakfast. The room was clean, quite large and air conditioned. We found a gifted bottle of water and a kettle with coffee and tea. Very helpful staff speaking both german and english.

Hotel is located in the centre of Ůstí nad Labem not far from the interesting places. Parking was nice. Breakfast was OK. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Narrow single bed. No minibar.
