We stayed a few weeks after Hurricane "Ian" and the resort was in almost perfect condition...This Adults only resort very romantic and our overall "all inclusive" experience I would definitely recommend. The restaurant food options were very well done always a different choice each night. Drinks were great and all services available excellent. I would definitely return to this resort.

They also have a "Butler" service, it's recommended to make your trip easier. We used it, I had a few communication breakdowns so this probably wasn't my best option as I am an organizer and usually plan all my activities myself. Others may love this experience.

Waiting staff were very friendly and remembered you day-to-day. Great location, close to the airport. Drinks and bar were nice. The freshly cooked burgers at lunch bar were nice. Overall the food was great, but some meals were mediocre.

The room was nice, but the bed was very squeaky and annoying when you turned in the night. We got a swim up room which is great but we were close to the kitchens so there was constant noise from staff during the night, 2am 3am 4am etc. No attempt to be quiet with trolleys and shouting etc. Found it odd.

I loved how friendly the staff was. It was great going into the restaurant and having them remember my name. I only speak a little Spanish and it was fun having them teach me a few words. I did a solo trip and I didn’t want to leave at the end of my stay. Loved having a butler as well to help me with making reservations and walking me through the property. The drinks were amazing and it was a very relaxing environment.

Everything was great.

The staff was amazing! The Butlers: Maria, Maximo and Melvin were the bomb! Bartenders: Misael, Edwin and Manuel did their jobs well. The drinks stayed flowing, to the point you had to move your cup to stop the pouring. Charly, the event guy was hilarious. The Violinist at breakfast was beautiful.

Food and drinks were sometimes inconsistent. Not bad overall though. Just sometimes, the 2nd or 3rd time ordering was not the same as the 1st. Check-in process was a little slow because there are only 2 desks, so if there is any trouble with your check-in, that delays everyone else behind you as there is not check in counter. So maybe if there is a troubleshooting person/office that can accommodate when there is an issue, allowing the remaining guests to still flow through. But at least the scenery is nice during your wait.

Food is the worse I had in my life.... Inexcusable for such an hotel... I do not expect 3 stars restaurants but at least medium decent food... Not even that was offered. Very disappointed on this matter

Everything!! Drinks, music, my room, food was ok. But I enjoyed it.

Umm...I wish there was way I could live there!! It's far from the city, but I'm ok with that.

Beautiful place. The food and staff were great 😊. It exceeded our expectations. Very nice people. Always greets with a big smile. We had a great time ☺️
