Stella Di Mare Beach Hotel & Spa

Firstly i need to say this Hotel blew us away. Everything was spot on. We arrived at the Hotel in the evening and the feel and decorations at the entrance of the Hotel makes you feel special. At the reception we were welcomed by a polite and helpful concierge who carried our bags. The reception area well decorated and first class. The view from our room ( deluxe with a sea view) was amazing. Room was big with all the amenities you would expect of a 5 star hotel. All inclusive facilities including Spa were so good. Hotel has several pools to swim in. Snockering in the sea was amazing. Delicious food buffet every day was delicious and varied. Breakfast had all you needed. Lots of drinks including alcohol was served all day from different locations of the hotel. I wish to mention the room attendant ( Nimlod) who made our birthday celebrations so special. We were provided a cake and flowers for my Wife special day. Every day our bed was decorated in a special romantic design that you would not find any where. Mohammed in the restaurant was polite and with a great customer service. Always willing to help and listen to you. Michael and others in the restaurant were all great. I will not forget daily live entertainment shows that made our stay enjoyable. We asked for an extension for checking out time and this was allowed for no extra charge,!! The beach area had all the amenities you needed including towels and beds to relax on . WIFI available every where around the resort. Reviewed by John , Viola, Sam and Rachel

Cash machines in the hotel only issues Egyptian Pounds with unfavourable exchange rates. . I advice any one visiting Egypt to carry US Dollars as it is the best currency acceptable every where.

Very beautiful coral reef next to hotel,

next to the coral reef at the hotel was company which selling trips for diving/snorkelling of course prices wasn't listed, we check with other people from hotel and we paid 2 different prices for the trip... That is completely unfair.. Be careful and negotiate the price. We paid $65 other guest $50 for same trip.

The staff are really supportive and highly responsive, EXAMPLE, I asked for a late checkout, in addition to extra towels, there were no problems at all to happily responded. The location of the hotel is directly in front of the sea, and the places to relax on the sea are very beautiful, clean, and friendly staff. The food at the hotel is exceptional. The availability of currency exchange machines within the hotel facilities for certain currencies (ask the hotel about the currency of your country).

Transportation (I recommend coordinating with a specific taxi during your stay in Sharm El-Sheikh, asking the hotel for transportation is expensive). Honestly, the hotel is wonderful, but there is a problem outside their control, which is the spread of mosquitoes.

We stayed in the villa rooms and were lucky to secure a room at the front, overlooking the beach area and sea - could not fault the location. Nice distance away from bars and evening entertainment too. Beach areas are artificially made but well done and pleasant (not crowded when we were there). Reef area was nice - some nice coral, quite a few fish. The catering team do a good job, we thought the variety and quality of food was generally very good. Really enjoyed our evening at the Asian restaurant. Friendly staff by the beach / Asian restaurant in particular - a mixed experience elsewhere. We thought the ground staff did a great job of keeping the gardens and outside areas in great condition

Room decor was a little tired but always clean and a good size. Location and view were great. Personally would choose the separate villas again vs the main hotel. The entertainment wasn't to our taste and, at times, the noise was frustrating if you were eating outdoors as the stage is in close proximity to the dining area. The same is true of the daytime animation around the main pool which can be heard across the resort. Per our general experience in Sharm El Sheihk much of the entertainment & music taste is geared towards the Russian guests who, to be fair, are in the vast majority. So, it is what it is. Until a wider range of guests arrive you have to accept that a hotel will cater as best they can but must serve their core clientele

The hotel is fantastic, well maintained, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, great sea view from my room. The hotel had everything we needed, the spa is very good, the services offered at the beach also very nice. The best part is the coral reef with plenty of colourful fishes to see while snorkeling at the hotel beach. It’s not a beach like anywhere else, because of the reef you have to walk down a pier and jump straight in the deep water. The staff was outstanding: they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and enjoying your stay. They remember our names and where we are from and were always up for a good chat. I was there to celebrate my birthday, they prepared a cute decoration at the restaurant, the whole staff came to sign happy birthday with a cake. It was very sweet.

I got the all inclusive option and don’t regret it. There was plenty of food and drinks all day long and I also tried the set menu of the additional two restaurants they have (Italian and Asian). The main restaurant has a great variety of options. My only complaint is that some of the food in my opinion was a bit bland and overcooked, though I had the most delicious kofta from the grill. The main restaurant has thematic dinners every night, but that means only a typical dish or two, everything else is mostly the same. And the alcoholic drinks could have a bit more variety including some liquors and digestives outside the standard cocktails.

The building is impressive, it has 7 floors and an elevator, which looks pretty surreal. The hotel overall is very beautiful, with large territory, many pools, beautiful sea view. They have huge food offering during meals. The room is beautiful, clean, we had a room with nice sea view.

SPA is insanely overpriced. And even with a 50% discount it's still overpriced for the value you get. At first they promised there will be a sauna-massage-jacuzzi, but when we arrived, they directly directed us to the massage and after 30 mins (we ordered 50 mins) they finished and showed us a way out. Very disappointing. The hotel has many Russian tourists and it gets bothering after some time.

Escaping Norwegian cold December, our Christmas holiday at the Stella Di Mare Beach Hotel & Spa in Sharm El Sheikh was a delightful experience that I am eager to share. The hotel, known for its splendid service and facilities, exceeded our expectations in many ways. Firstly, the quality of the breakfast and buffet dinners at the hotel was exceptional. Each meal was a culinary journey with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to all tastes and dietary requirements. The flavors were authentic and the food was prepared with great care, making each dining experience a pleasure. The cleanness of the facilities at Stella Di Mare was noteworthy. From the well-maintained rooms to the pristine common areas, the attention to hygiene and detail was apparent. This aspect of the hotel contributed significantly to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay. What truly set Stella Di Mare apart, however, was the exceptional service and the friendly manner of the staff. A few individuals, in particular, made our stay memorable: Nabil, the lifeguard, was vigilant and always on his toes, ensuring the safety of all guests at the pool. His professional attitude and friendly demeanor were reassuring and appreciated. Mahmoud from the concierge was incredibly nice and welcoming. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His knowledge of the local area and his willingness to help with any request were commendable. Over the course of my stay, he became more than just a staff member; he became a friend. Ahmed, from the bar near the pool, was outstanding in his service. He was attentive, quick with service, and always served with a smile. His drinks were a highlight of the afternoons spent by the pool. The collective effort of all other staff members at Stella Di Mare should not go unnoticed. Each one contributed to making my stay special with their warm smiles, helpful nature, and the impeccable service they provided.

we got offered a room without a balcony at first though there were plenty of rooms. The beach umbrellas do not provide much shade.

AMAZING, FANTASTIC AND THE BEST I don't even know where to start. The hotel isnt the hotel is the Palace. They treat guests like royal starting from the morning until end of day. They have very personalised approach to each of the guest. On the 2nd day everyone already knew your name and what you like to have for breakfast. By the way tje FOOOD is delicious and humangus variety. Pools and all entertainments. Not to mention they have their own scuba diving school within this massive private residency. You will enjoy every bit of it. Couldn't wish for more while stayed there. And last and not least, lost my necklace and guess what. They have found it and brought it for me. Cleaning was another level. Every single day i had someone new. 1st day massive bowl of fruits complimentary, 2nd day i had all my jewelley displayed on the pad, 3rd i had 2 swans on the bad from towrls and 4th petals on the bed. Isn't it amazing. Also massage was awesome Whole experience deserves million of stars. If i ever go back to Sharm-El-Sheikh it will be my hotel and would recomemnd to others. Thank you once again to every single one of you for making this experience to be Awecome and so well remembered.
