We spent just 1 night; we were five of us with 3 kids and we stayed in the apartment in the back of the hotel. We arrived by car; there was a big free parking space just in front of our window. The hotel is in walking distance from the city centre. There is no restaurant for dinner in the hotel, but the next hotel does have it and as I said the city centre with lots of restaurants is close. Several huge shopping malls are close as well. The apartment has two bedrooms; and a living area. The apartment has a bathroom with WC and also a separate WC. The apartment was clean, except the windows. We were not invaded by mosquitos although we left the windows open when we were walking in the city.

We stayed with breakfast that was served from 08:00 but when we went there at 08:15 the dining room was completely full; we could not find a free spot. OK, maybe it was an unusual situation as a full bus group of old people stayed also in the hotel. We were not able to switch on the sauna next to the bathroom; we did not go for assistance.

Perfect location to participate in Tartu Rattaralli race. We could park our car in the hotel's parking lot during the race and use their facilities for clothing change later. Rooms looked to be renovated since our last visit a year ago, everything was clean and nice

Air conditioning would be a good option, however, it was not installed. Not a real issue in late May, though.

The hotel has an excellent location in that it is not too exposed to traffic and only within about a 15-20 min walk (in good weather) from the downtown area. The room was kept clean and all the necessary amenities were provided. There was even a fridge in the room. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The buffet breakfast seemed to me to be somewhat pricey, but there was a certain range of options for almost everyone. Bacon and eggs were very good.

The room was ok, and its' quality matched to the price. Can't say much except that it has classic conditioner inside, silent yard (we had windows looking at parking), regular shower (better take your own slippers), some soap, TV, good WiFi. Good place to stay if you're budget traveller. 24h reception and small minibar.

I saw a dust on lamp which is on the table. Budget hotel, ok. And the place is a bit far away (15-20 mins from bus station), but we like walking.

very friendly reception and good location! the first room did not have a good WIFI coverage, but I asked to move and was given a room with a better coverage. the room looks good and the beds are very comfortable.

saw a bug on the bathroom floor. it is the usual kind of bathroom bugs and that is a sign that a disinfection is necessary.

Familyroom was nice, it was 1 room with double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds with door between them. Only one bathroom, no air condition. Breakfast ok, nothing special, but enough.. For motobikes carage, also safe parking behind the building. Next door hotel had good restaurant. In walking distance from city center

Sterile clean, freshly renovated building and rooms. Big nice room, good bathroom. Parking was important for us, and we walked to the city center by food, it's around 15 minutes.

Personal is weird, but it seems to general weirdness of Estonian people and communication. We didn't get the breakfast, but took a look at it. Didn't look so good.

Thank You for the warm, cosy apartments with TV, microwave-oven and fridge! P.s. The blanket for 3 years old child was VERY, VERY SMALL :-) it was a BABY's blanket, but it was not a big problem to us, so everything was fine! Thank you, TARTU! See You next time!

Very comfortable hotel: helpful staff (seriously big thanks to personnel! they helped multiple times with different questions), good rooms, great breakfast (I loved the porridge!), private parking. Hotel is on quiet street outside city center, so even if windows are facing the street it is not an issue.

Bathroom was a bit small and not enough shelves to put stuff for two guests. Not a big issue but worth mentioning.

Simple and good value. Breakfast buffét good value. Hotel is located on outskirts of city centre. Walking distance to everything. Simple small rooms but very good value. Beds are on the hard side.

Walls are thin. Loud guests can easily disturb you, if you're sensitive to this.
