The hotel is perfectly located a little out of Kuusamo town. Good cross-country skiing tracks that are constantly maintained. Very good breakfast and the best coffee I have drunk in any Finnish hotels. Snowshoes for hire and not expensive. Good that you can use the spa even more than once a day (provided that you buy that type of room). Car rental is available at the airport that is some 6 km-s from the hotel.

We got a room with two beds and they were not attached to each other which is not a perfect solution for a couple. The spa is good, we especially liked the steam bath. The only thing we missed there was a hot jacuzzi, the hottest water is just 32 degrees. Bring your own skis! There is a ski hire at the hotel with strange opening hours, from 10 to 14. You can hire skis for 2 hours for 20 euros, it is approximately the price of one ski bag by plane in one direction.

Everything! Cosy atmosphere, great spa, nice restaurant with delicious food. Hope I’ll have a chance to stay there another time :)

The range of food at breakfast was a little bit small. Hoped to drink cappuccino but there was no coffee machine, and also there was only two types of cereals, unfortunately. But still very good!

the SPA is gorgeous and the facilities are excellent. beautiful environment.

the room hasn’t been cleaned as we wished. the room was dirty even after we asked cleaning service.

The breakfast was very good with a variety of options for all tastes. The room was nice, cozy and clean. Spa is mostly for kids, but there were great saunas. In the pool, there were very nice spots with jets, but only a few spots, so they were taken most of the time.

No hot water access for hot beverages in the common space. No table in the room.

Clean rooms with all the facilities you need for a quick stay. Spa maybe a little too simple if you travel with children but for a short weekend escape as a couple it was good. Great facilities for outdoor activities and nice bowling hall. A bit far from everything but understandably, as the hotel needs space for all the outdoor activities. Also, very nice staff and big bonus for the early check-in.

Breakfast was very poor (many other hotels with the same price range have better breakfast).

I liked the breakfast, but I would have been even more happy with croissants, bacon and whip cream for the pancakes. And also oboy (kaakao) would have been nice.

I did not like that I had to wait for all the people who checked in when I was going to ask for a massage-time. I did not want to wait so I skipped it.

We loved that we got a room in which we could fit very very comfortably. We even had a sauna. Staff was friendly and came forth with own suggestion how to package the trip. Spa included!! Hotel surroundings were super beautiful!

AC would have been great, just great. It was hot (unusually so).

Hotel is big and there is restaurant and a food shop 14 hours a day. Beeakfast various and good.

Rooms are expensive and for that price spa should be included.

The room was clean and tidy. The takeaway breakfast was good.

Room temperature couldn't be adjusted. Would have been nice to deliver the ordered takeaway food to the room.

Spa. Quiet location. Easy to park.
