Location: Excellent location two minutes walk from the main pedestrian thoroughfare . Excellent Bakery 50m from the apartment block which does excellent filled baguettes and different types of bread. All 'must see' attractions and tourist office can be reached on foot. As well as the Canal du Midi. Train station 4 minutes walk. Many different types of restaurants close by. Parking: There are two types of paid private parking on offer. underground and outside, both are secure. Underground is more expensive. We booked outdoor but due to road works on the access road we had to use the underground parking - no extra charge. Room: not a huge room but good comfy bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was spotless with plenty of hot water. Also plenty of space around the washbasin and under it to store toiletries. Kitchen was fine. We only used the kettle and fridge. There is a small dishwasher, filter coffee machine and an espresso machine as well with extra capsules available at a cost from the reception.

Excellent location right in the centre of town, near to railway station and a very good market hall. Many restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good beds and good bathroom. A comfortable armchair would make it even better. Very quiet room.

A manual/description of the oven, stove and reversible airco/heating would be useful.

Good location within short walking distance to restaurants, sights and shopping. Friendly staff, space for safe parking of bicycles in room behind reception area.

The room and bathroom are a little dated, but clean. Entry to hotel is a little complicated as ramp is on opposite side of opening of front door.

The location of the apartments is ideal for visitng Agen - only five minutes walk from the station, yet in a small side street with little through traffic, therefore very quiet. Although pretty small, the apartment was very well planned and we had no problem catering simple meals. The bathroom was a good size with a hairdryer supplied, and the shower was large. The bedroom was cool and airy despite the very hot weather, thanks to very good (and quiet) air conditioning. Everywhere (communal areas as well as our apartment) was also impeccably clean, Definitely to be recommended as a place to stay, especially if you are in Agen for a few days and want to have the option to self-cater.

We were fairly shocked when a stranger walked into our apartment just as we were getting ready for bed! Somehow he had been gven a keycard to the same room as us for the night, and was as surprised as were were when he found it already occupied; however the person on reception seemed relatively unconcerned. There were a couple or items missing from the kitchen supplies - we only had two knives for example - but I guess if guests don't report them as missing, they don't get replaced. In general we had enough to get by,

The place was clean, the staff at reception very pleasant. It was very well noise insulated and we had a good rest. The mattress was excellent and there was a large shower. All in the town center. Couuuuuld not have asked for more.

Great for a short break, Great value but a little spartan for a long stsy

The staff was present at any time of the day for the check-in and to help if we had questions.

A bit difficult to park but this is the city center so that was expected.

The location is excellent, close to lots of cafes and restaurants and a boulangerie for breakfast supplies. Excellent communication in advance in case we arrived late. Good and secure bike storage Good value for money Pleased to have good aircon

Parking was excellent. Bikes were secure. The larger apartment had a good view of the courtyard at the back where the car was parked

It was good value and met our needs.

Near the station and central, very clean, very easy to check in and arrive late. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the design in the lobby and the child friendly craft table and complimentary craft pack.
