We booked non smoking room and we even had to have a deposit of 150$ So we won’t smoke in the room, but every room with balcony we got had an ashtray and a faint smoking smell. So that was annoying

Very nicely and stylish colorful established happy, friendly and lively place to feel comfortable. With community areas in the lobby, gaming area, restaurant with outside patio leading to big nature park with pool. The rooms are very nice, also aesthetically colored. Great breakfast! Nice and helpful staff. Delicious vine from the region.

The restaurant is closed on weekends and only serves snacks and warmed up food. It was okay, but not the same ;) Besides french it was tough to communicate and only french tv.

The hotel was well designed and really pleasant. Staff could not have been more helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Just a short drive to the Arena for a concert. We got an excellent price in February.

The breakfast area became rather crowded at the weekend, although fine on Monday morning. We were a little surprised to find that the shower was over the bath.

Hotel is very much kids friendly; we received two connected rooms which was great for a family of 4 There is a games canter with box games, arcade games, billiard and more

The pool is not big enough ; there is a place for around 12 chairs, and all were taken during the morning/evening - also the pool was very cold (in August) - so a bit of disappointment for the kids

The reception staff are really nice people; great view from the rooms; fresh room furnishing; free parking. Cool free drinks and candies. Overall it felt like good value for money, definitely recommended as a stopover.

No mosquito nets on windows (there are lots of mosquitos); bees eating your breakfast with you; Restaurant not working on weekends..

Very comfortable bed and linens. Modern and refreshing design. Quiet location. Very good (free) tea, from a quality brand as we found the shop in the city. We loved the idea of getting water from a fountain in reusable bottles.

Not much space to take out the dog within the facility. Only within parking area or outside which becomes very busy during weekdays since the hotel is located within an office estate

Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great.

The bed was not comfortable at all - we actually turned the mattress round but it didn't help much. Room was very hot at night- AC didn't make a difference - and we come from a super hot country so our tolerance level is high!

Privilege Room with a double bed for 2 persons: Polite, professional, multilingual, approachable suff. Clean coffee machine. Lovely balcony. Modifiable lightning is a pleasant bonus. Good location near railway station. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Merci beaucoup.✨👌

I did not mind but you could hear the music playing in the streets quite well. . .

The personnel at reception were very kind. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast exceptionally good.

Our room was on the first floor; there was an electric humming sound all night, and I barely slept 3 to 4 hours. Up to about midnight I heard the neighbours from next door as well.

10 km out of town so independent transport obviously a necessity. Very good facilities, including an outdoor pool,boules court, ping-pong tables. Indoor toys for children. A pleasant entry hall.Bar open in evening. Staff friendly and polite.

Restaurant not open all weekend, except for breakfasts. Breakfast good but in my opinion overpriced at €16 a head.Television had no English speaker channels and most other channels were scrambled or registering no signal.
