Hôtel L'Iroko The Originals City

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice hotel smell and was super clean (not just clean, Monica clean!) I liked the balcony, we had a great view of the lake and park if we turned our heads to the left. I would definitely recommend to people who want to stay close to amenities and to the lake. Good sized room, we had a great time (the weather was a bonus for mid September). Spar shop was a walkable distance and there was a local market on a Sunday.

When having the balcony door open overnight you can hear the nearby bar and restaurant. It can get a little noisy so if you are light sleeper consider the location of your room. I also thought the decor was super weird and not very fitting - but I guess that’s personal choice!

A small family run hotel, near the centre of Aix Les Bains. Room was very comfortable with 2 balconies (you could just see the Lake from one!) Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel does not offer dinner as there are so many places to eat within 5 minutes of the hotel. Breakfast was in a small side room with special Covid rules in place. Parking in the hotel car park was most convenient.

Excellent location close to the port. Many restaurants and pubs @ walking distance. Hotel has a private parking with sufficient space. The receptionist was extremely friendly in explaining everything we needed to know. At arrival the mini-bar was filled with complementary drinks. Breakfast was included and had a wide assortiment of local products. Furthermore it was extremely nice to go for a swim before breakfast.

Sometimes you could hear some noise from other rooms.

A really great location right next to the lake and near to lots of good restaurants. The rooms were a good size and well equipped. We had two balconies one with a view of the lake and one with a view of the mountains . The hotel staff were very helpful too. The free parking was useful too.

The safe was not big enough to fit a laptop in and the towels could have been slightly larger .

Despite its location in the Grand Port, our bedroom in the hotel was so well insulated that no noise disturbed our nights’ sleep. The room was comfortable, with a large bed and a good shower, and a neat terrace with balcony flowers overlooking the memorial and the park. We were on a bike tour and there was a large secure garage for our bikes. The owners/staff were very friendly, helpful and approachable. We did not eat here, as we know the area well and there are many places to go to in and between the two ports. Highly recommended.

great location, near the lake, easy access, good parking, plenty of restaurants and parks and walks. Appreciated the ceiling fan. Loved the balcony, good breakfast with friendly service.

Small room, a bit cramped.

great location with parking, on the edge of the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were functional if a bit small but perfectly comfortable.

Breakfast included but served in a small, internal room which seems a shame given the proximity to the lake.

The location is very close to the lake. All the peopel that work in the hotel very kind, and want to help. The breakfast is very good.

It's not really bother us, but the design is simple and little old-fashioned

Very friendly and helpful welcome. In a great location with free parking. Good sized room. Free soft drinks in the fridge a nice touch.

Lovely location, wonderful views, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Surrounded by a good choice of restaurants, it has everything we need and more.
