We appreciated the kind attitude towards our small dog (had zero issues and water was always offered to the dog too). The staff are very kind and welcoming. It was great to have a cozy restaurant right in the hotel, as after a long drive we didn’t want to go out too far. We ordered a salad and a burger, which were good enough for the level and price (especially the burger was good, came on a delicious bun). The bed was comfortable and it was not noisy despite being close to the road. The room has quite a lot of space, so it didn’t feel like a cell :) Great design in the lobby. Also, a massive plus is the opportunity to get breakfast to go - my mom didn’t want to eat early, so I grabbed breakfast on her behalf and brought it to the room for her to enjoy later. Another big thank you for the selection of teas from «Palais des Thés». Outside has a nice patio and swimming pool - even though we didn’t use it due to short timing, we enjoyed the loveliness of the view.

Been there before COVID and felt great, my child loves the hotel and kids designated area, she was never bored.We stayed for 10 days because we wanted to revisit Provence. The staff is amazing, if you have any problems just ask them and they will help you. If we go again in the area we will stay with them. The breakfast was AMAZING!

No dislikes, I know it's not a five star hotel but having almost everything like a pool, a kids area, big rooms, AC. When you stay for so long I've missed a fridge. And maybe 1 or 2 english channels will make it perfect.

The hotel was well situated on the edge of Avignon, with free and secure parking. Nearby was a good bus and tram service that went to the City centre, if you did not wish to drive. it was also close to a large shopping mall, and a variety of restaurants. The rooms were large, as was the bed and the bathroom was separate from the toilet. The walk-in shower was excellent with good products. There was a separate breakfast room, bar and restaurant. The free breakfast was very good with a variety of drinks and food, to suit all tastes. The staff were very helpful, friendly polite and at least bi-lingual.

Some of the other guests were rather noisy at night, but not the fault of the hotel.

We used the hotel as stopover along Autoroute du Soleil. The pool was an extra plus to start the following day in a joyful way before heading off for the final leg of the trip. All staff was very friendly, breakfast was great (including free fresh orange juice!) and was continuously being replenished until 10 AM. The car park is well lit and secured by a large electric gate. So all in all a perfect location for a stopover. We didn't visit the city so can't comment on location for local sight seeing.

Room was quiet, spacious and cool with a large bed. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and swift replenishment of choices. Lovely to have a nice outdoor space to enjoy a drink in the evening

A bit further from the centre than we would have liked, but trams are a 10 minute walk away and take 20 mins. Service is frequent.

Brilliant restaurant with fantastic staff- we were a little worried after the different reviews on trip advisor but they have recently changed the restaurant setup Location is fine and exactly what they sell

Coffee at breakfast was not the best but that was minor against everything else

by far one of the bets hotels I've stayed at, free private parking, free outside swimming pool (towels included), good restaurant at the hotel, clean and comfortable room, very nicely decorated reception, various and fresh breakfast choices (I really like the freshly squeezed orange juice, but there were other fresh fruit and choices available as well)

I did not like the idea of the 180 euro guarantee, it is very annoying to have this procedure for bookings as it makes some of your budget unavailable for a couple of days or even a week and if several hotels do this, you have a big part of your budget blocked without being able do do anything about it

Location is a bit off unfortunately, far from the center - next time I will opt for a better location, so this is not on the hotel's account but mine. Room is comfortable and very spacious. Pillows are good, bed linen was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice, but with a very small selection of cold cuts and not many options of cheese (two types of packaged cheese, plus one type of ordinary sliced cheese); scrambled eggs were good but a bit cold, bacon was "undercooked" (chewy, not crispy); orange juice from fresh oranges was fantastic! The attached restaurant is very good, with excellent options. However, I do not recommend their offer of Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine, it was a cheap option that has no characteristics of the CduP AOC. The swimming pool is quite nice and we had a good time there on a hot Provençal afternoon.

There could be a garbage bin in the WC. There is no mini bar inside the room.

They closed the parking next to the hotel so there is no more shuttle to the festival. It’s complicated and quite far to get to the tram or the bus

The staff in the restaurant was terrible, whole bunch of youngsters on their phone that barely cared to look up when we entered. When we came in apparently they had not opened yet but we came from a long travel with a young baby, zero fingers were moved to even try and help us with anything.
