Holiday Inn Express Toulouse Airport, an IHG Hotel

We found it really convenient for our flight the next morning, especially as they have a courtesy bus to take us to the airport. It is worthwhile booking this as one couple had 6 large and 2 small suitcases which almost filled the luggage compartment! Our room was pristine clean, very comfortable and compact. There was an ice machine by the lift which was convenient. The pool area was beautiful and clean with lounges. Breakfast was delicious. A varied array of fruits, continental breakfast and full English breakfast. Set us up for the day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Maybe a second chair would have been nice as we're both older.

It was very quiet although a Sunday night Staff in particular were very helpful and pleasant, especially lovely young woman who drove me to airport . I loved easy access to airport. It was excellently clean. Breakfast. was superb and very generous. It was a very useful location for the airport and the city. I liked the fact that a staff spoke English and French

I as travelling alone . Slightly larger room needed for two people.The room is fine for one person No shower cap. I found sheets a bit rough and made of polyester, but maybe I’m overly sensitive to the sheets ,

Lovely room, clean, well maintained, great airconditioning. The bed was comfy and the staff were friendly and helpful.

With all my stays in France, I've only found one hotel that turns on the egg boiler for breakfast so you can have boiled eggs. This wasn't it. Why buy a boiler and then never use it? The breakfast was great, besides that. The English TV supported BBC1 and 2, ITV, and a few others. None worked except an ITV selection showing Magnum PI and The Professionals - nostalgia city, but I would have preferred to have BBC working.

Very good swimming pool, rooms were clean and modern, shower is good. Location is great for airport and they offer a free transfer to and from. Shopping centre 10 minute walk away

Breakfast only served until 9.30, not great if you are arriving in late from a flight as you will miss it. All staff are extremely rude and seemed unhappy and resentful to attend our one query about the shuttle bus and drove off without us leaving us waiting an hour for the next one

Really loved the lady who checked us in as well as the day of the the team that night. The lady, who spoke impeccable English, arrange for an additional room instead of our family room, super service. Sergio also showed excellent customer service as wells his associate who sorted out an issue with our key. Very positive customer experience.

Earlier transfer talks the airport we had a 5pm start. Really appreciated the pick up from the rental car return in p2

The hotel is close to the airport. They offer free shuttle from and back to the airport, you only need to book it in advance. Breakfast is really good. We took a family room and it was comfy, good in size and very clean. They also have a small pool where the kids could also enjoy some time, adding extra value to the property. We managed going to Toulouse center using public transportation, even if at this moment the tram is not working due to maintanence but there is a bus that can be used instead. I definetely recommend this hotel if you are looking for something good close to the airport and with a relatively easy access to the city.

We booked this hotel as we had an early flight from Toulouse the following morning. We made the booking based on logistics and functionality but the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool area was lovely and very relaxing. We had to leave before breakfast started so the staff offered to bag us up breakfast as a takeaway. Nothing was too much for them.

The hotel was very good from the moment we stepped onto the reception and the receptionist calm confident approach. She dealt with us easily and sorted our rooms without any fuss.

The swimming g pool was on the ground floor and people (especially children) running through the reception area soaking wet leaving pools of water on the floor. You could easily slip

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Room was fine, everywhere very clean and had a decent balcony. Breakfast excellent. If you arrive too late for the free shuttle then it's only a 20 min walk from the airport and felt safe.

Wooden surround for the TV over the second bed was only loosely affixed and fell off the wall onto my children but no serious damage done!

Breakfast was excellent. Good selection of cereal/fruit/preserves. Everything very fresh and topped up continually. Tea/coffee and juices. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely duvet and pillows.

It would be nice to have a few options for food during the day such as sandwiches or cakes. We didn't have a car. Also would be nice to have magazines or newspapers available in lobby.
