Kyriad Direct - Bourg les Valence

Nice, functional hotel, just off the motorway. Fine for a stopover, with a surprisingly good park and stroll down the river. The staff were super friendly and there's a secure car park which is good when your motor is packed with gear.

Middle of a heatwave and the aircon just about handled it but could've been better. Breakfast is average. Bar closes early and nowt to do nearby so have to walk to town if you're a night owl.

A well located property next to the river and a ‘popular spot’ it seemed, with the local people. We were concerned that music from riverside venues might be loud and intrusive but with the window closed we had no problems. The car park next to us, which was full when we arrived, was empty next morning and we had had no ‘disturbance’. The room was very clean and ‘modern’ but some tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice. Very secure parking was helpful.

The hotel is located in a recreation area: a park where you can walk your dog, nearby cafes, playgrounds. No noise could be heard from the street or inside the hotel. The swimming pool is great, big and cleaned every day. Own convenient and large parking lot. The rooms are clean.

The air conditioner worked intermittently

room perfectly clean and comfortable , location calm and well situated , room equipment and conveniences sufficient. Though 2 rooms were booked but only one according to management . Arrangement was made for a second room at no extra cost . Nice price overall ;

according to desk management only one room was booked on arrival instead of two foreseen ? Fortunately there were available rooms so we did manage to have adjacent rooms. Small Breakfast choice ,not in accordance to price as charged in other hotel chains .

Located next to a very nice park. Nice bar and breakfast. Ability to control room temperature. Interesting check in process but work fine. Exceptional staff friendly and very helpful!

Hotel was great only downside was there only one restaurant within walking distance and it was closed. This is not a reflection upon the hotel and the staff was very helpful in helping us find a restaurant nearby.

We stopped there on the way to south of France. This is a motorway type of hotel and cheap. I wouldn’t stay there for holidays but we the place was very convenient for What we needed. Self checkin in the middle of the night after online checking (very easy). The room and place was decent and clean. There was a nice park next to river. Easy parking onsite. Possible to have pets.

Nothing for the purpose of a convenient stop on the way but very basic so would not stay on long holidays and there. Other nice improvement could be a plug or charging point for electric cars

Excelent stopover hotel on our way to spain. Not far from motorway, clean and with 2 restaurants within walking range. Big plus is that it allows dogs and its located next to a nice walking path along the river. So a nice place to stay and rest for one or two days

No coffee/tea making on room

Contactless check-in via Smartphone 24/7 possible, spacious private parking. Small Room was very clean, bathroom with space to store toiletries, very good water pressure. Location near Autoroute with some fast food chains, supermarkets nearby. Good value for stopover, but too basic for a longer stay. Pool area is under construction.

Air Condition did not work (fan did blow, but no cooling). At 28 degrees we were covered in sweat. As the hotel just opened, the manager was really interested in fixing it. Only 1 towel per person, the night manager was not able to supply more.

We stayed only for the night and it was great! The location was lovely for a walk (but rather inconvenient to get to the city walking), there are some places to eat around as well. The parking was great. Room overall was very comfortable and we had good experience.

breakfast too simple. no eggs option or jam. Limited choices of bread. I requested an additional pillow and the manager told me he had to charge for it!!!????? Now I have heard everything. Asked him why? He answered me he had to clean it after use. My question: do they wash the linens by hand to charge for washing a pillow cover?
