good parking, been charged for dog but not been advised that i will be, ready prepped food but nice as actual restaurant not there open, but chef has done a good job on ready meals. good breakfast, really appreciative for dog treat and bowl as on request and poo bags. good attention from staff. staff were faultless.

internet connections are poor. Bathroom slight disappointment as large shower head not working. and disposable cups for brews only available, guess its covid involving

The location close to the A31 is very nice, and since we have 2 kids now ( 1 and 4) we used the family room. The room is split with an upper level connected with stairs. It had enough space for the 4 of us and our luggage. Reception and bar open 24/7.

breakfast was not so well stocked. we came in with 2 families ( 4 adults and 4 kids ) and during the breakfast there was no refill of bread or juice. (which caused some annoyance with the other guests ) Breakfast itself was good.

* as expected. The cheaper rooms are a bit old. But ey, you get what you pay for. There are more modern rooms at a higher rate. * parking on-site. Just about enough places. Outdoors so possible with skibox. If you arrive very late, not much place left.

Great stay during our journey home through France. Very welcoming reception staff members. Comfortable room with EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE & clean bed. We slept so well and felt well rested in quiet and cosy room. Decent size bathroom with bath and shower.

Bathroom could benefit from installing a shower curtain or glass panel to protect from water splashes.

The parking, the big room, good sturdy bed, très bien breakfast. And the beercafe :-). It was a very good stay on the road to the south. Would definitely recommend!

The rainshower, because there wasn't enough waterpressure. (There is also a smaller one, that was fine.)

We arrived very late at the location after a long road through a heat wave, roadblocks, and 12 hours of driving from Italy. I wasn't expecting such a friendly staff, warm and good food at that late hour. The room was clean and perfect. Thank you!

The hotel was really lovely. Clean , rooms where a great size. Staff were really friendly.

The view was of a traveller site. I looked out to caravans, trailers, washing machines, rubbish. Really not pleasant.

- Noisy electric shutters, if your neighbour manipulates them during at night (or very early in the morning in my case) - No curtains on the bath/shower (your bathroom is wet after you shower).

The buffet-style breakfast was excellent. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We were given a voucher for 20% reduction at a local pizzeria, which was also excellent.

The only snag was an electronic two-tone sound/alert which continued throughout the night. I realised at breakfast that the sound was coming from the kitchen, but I didn't establish the cause.
