Attractive hotel in a great location. Own car park but actually public car parking close. Riverside location with outdoor dining and breakfast terrace. Super rooftop pool. Lift. Good welcome and information. Clean and quiet bedroom. Figeac is a lovely and very interesting town!

They offered a comprehensive buffet breakfast but had no croisants. The mesl in the evning was pricey and somebody had used a knife used for onion on the fois gras. The wine was dear. The perenial problem in France of heavy smokers on the same eating area. Clean and adwquate bathroom but the in-bath shower was tricky. No second pillow in th wardrobe

It was very well placed for the town and had a private car park nearby. The rooms were clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Nothing wrong with the hotel, but perhaps the the restaurant could be open at the weekends. Possibly due to staff shortages.

The hotel location is few minutes walk to train station and is in centre of the town. Good breakfast with nice view besides the river. In order to escape the heat of summer, we have our dinner in the hotel air-conditioned restaurant and we are very satisfied with the service and food. We have a good rest and continue our Camino walk after our rest day.

Probably the best situated hotel in Figeac, on the south bank of the river Célé just by the bridge, with views over the old town and easy pedestrian access to most of the local sights. Limited off-street parking behind the hotel, but plenty of free public parking a bit further down the same street - best to unload luggage outside the hotel before going to park. Exceptionally comfortable, well planned and nicely decorated room with a large modern bathroom (with an actual bath), although it would have been helpful to know that the extra pillows were in a hidden locker between the wardrobes! The excellent lift meant that a second floor room was no problem, with the added bonus of a better view from the terrace with a table and two chairs for sitting with a drink in the evening light looking over the comings and goings in the old town.

Checking-in was unnecessarily long and complicated, although the staff were efficient and well turned out. They could have been more friendly however - not much of a warm welcome, even by French standards! The dining room looked and felt more like a station canteen, and breakfast was adequate but very expensive for what you got.

We had the family room which was spacious but not very quiet as next to the bridge. The beds were good but not enough sockets or wall lights in the room. The stuff was very friendly. Easy location just over the bridge from the old town. Nice breakfast and terrace overlooking the river.

Not enough sockets. No reading lights or any other with the second bed. Curtains not large enough to close over the window.

My room was next to the road and it was very noisy with people shouting at 2:30am. I noticed the ear plugs provided the following morning. The curtains in the room would not close properly as they were not wide enough.

The location was perfect. The owner was very helpful and her advice about the restaurant around the corner was spot on. The room was warm and the bed very comfortable. Highly recommended.

A simpler option at breakfast would be appreciated by those not wishing to take advantage of the only full €11 option on offer.

Excellent facilities: pool, sauna, gym. Our room had a kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, stove, kitchen dishes - was very convenient to buy food in grocery store for dinner and breakfast

Convenient location on river and close to centre and rail station. Very friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner were good value for money with more than adequate choice. Room quiet and comfortable bed and pillows. I really enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is in a great location alongside the river. We had a balcony affording lovely views. Spacious, comfortable room, tea and coffee making facilities. Friendly, welcoming staff. We hope to return.
