Appart'City Confort La Ciotat - Cote Port

I have stayed at this property a few times over the years and am quite comfortable staying here. It is just a few steps from the harbor and all of the restaurants and night spots. It's great for going out for a walk in the morning as well. The rooms are efficient and good space for luggage and working at the desk. Parking is available and easy to access once you get oriented and used to it. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

The only thing that I even consider as a dislike is that the servicing of the room is very sparse. I stayed for six nights and only one towel service was done mid-week and no change of sheets or cleaning that I could notice. No major deal because I'm not a messy traveler, but if the weather was not as nice, keeping the floor clean could have been a challenge (shoes/boots).

I've booked a room for 4 people. I found it spacious and well-maintained. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, and the kitchen was adequately stocked with all the necessary amenities. The provision of hygiene products for all four guests was appreciated. Although the furniture, particularly the table and chairs, appeared somewhat dated, they were functional. One highlight of the room was the large balcony, which added to the overall appeal.

We had a smooth check-in and check-out with a very pleasant receptionist. There is parking available in the underground garage which is convenient, albeit not very cheap and note that it required super-power driving skills to park our huge Citroen Spacetourer in one of the parking spots. The kitchenette and the kitchen equipment are sufficient, although we would have preferred more cups/glasses. The neighbourhood is great - the place is just a few steps from the marina and the old city center.

The room is a bit too small and not well equipped for dining. We had to move the dining table from the balcony to the inside in order to be able to all dine together. Our friends occupied a 2-person room without a balcony and for them it was pretty much impossible. If you are after the beach then this place might not be ideal, because the beach is about a 15 minutes walk away.

the room was very spacious, well-lit, and clean. the beds were extremely comfortable. there was a fully stocked kitchenette with a stove, microwave, water boiler, coffee maker, and mini fridge, as well as plates, cups, and silverware. this was super handy. the location was excellent as it was right off of the old port and very close to the city center. the staff was also very friendly and let us leave our bags before check-in and after check-out.

Very good location, close to the beach and the main pedestrian street. Comfortable beds.

Little space, especially in the kitchen. I missed a cutting board, table cloth - generally the kitchen could be better equipped. It was quiet in the room itself, but it was loud on the terrace in the evening - it was due to the location close to the main promenade, but it was difficult to talk on the balcony.

The equipment was likable: small kitchen, a kettle was available. The appart'hotel is very well located, closed to restaurants and night markets.

As it is an appart hotel, the room is not made every day.

The staff were very helpful and friendly , hotel is very central based which is very convenient

The rooms could be of cleaned more often and not just once before you arrive

As always, the receptionist‘s are very friendly and all of them are speaking English 👍🏻 like the place, it’s simple but got everything you would need, specially now during COVID. When you don’t like to eat out… We ask for a late check out, which was not a problem at all. Will come back for sure!!!
