I like the hotel's location. It is along the main street going to the sanctuary. It was easier to go back to the room when my partner needed to rest. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Definitely, value for money.

This is not really a thing that we did not like, this is more of a "sharing the experience" situation. There was a night that we went back a little late after the procession. We could not open the main door. We did not know the code. Maybe I missed that in the email or maybe it was not shared with us. Good thing that the staff passed by and saw us. Maybe they can communicate better the codes for the main door in case guests will be coming back to the hotel late in the evening.

Staff are friendly and helpful and accommodating. Very clean. Standard continental breakfast available for 6 euros per day. It's a simple hotel, great value and great location. bring your own soap and shampoo, none is provided.

The staff people were wonderful. They waited for us while we came in quite late (because we were traveling with a big group by bus). They were so flexible and helpful. The breakfast were great thanks to the owner! We would definitely recommend this place! If you want to feel like home with your family and friends - this is the place for you. It was so easy to comunicate and find solutions with these guys. The rooms were great. Not the biggest but everything was included. It was clean.

Staff were SO friendly and helpful. The location is a good compromise between proximity to town (supermarkets, post office, banks n castle 5min walk) and sanctuary (5 - 10min walk with gift shops along the way way) Had spaghetti bolognese in hotel restaurant one evening - VERY tasty - and the chef was so kind and considerate, making sure everything was good. And...they have the cutest keyrings I've ever seen in any hotel!

Shower appeared to be fancy but it was a bit challenging to avoid scalding or freezing. I succeeded but not too impressed. Decor was a little raw but not in a bad way, just in a way that sees opportunity for enhancement. The photos I saw before booking were a fair representation.

Location Near to the Sanctuary of Lourdes, the castle and the paternal place of St Bernadette. The staff, especially John(English name) was very helpful and welcoming. Allowed us to leave the baggage on check out for our late afternoon flight. Cool ambiance.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the staff who came every day to clean up. It always smelt good. The entrance hall and corridors were reasonably clean for a very busy place. The room heater was modern and worked very well. A key feature during winter.

The entrance to the shower cubicle was super narrow. I am not sure how a normal person will be able to get in there without breaking a door. The soap was small sachets and not very practical. Wish there were some bottles of soap even if attached to the walls.

The views were fabulous and the breakfast was alright. Our rooms were double rooms and although they were small the balcony view made up for it where you could see a lovely bridge and city. it was also very close to the Lourdes church

I didn't like the way that the rooms were not cleaned before we arrived but they were then cleaned immediately as they had not expected our arrival so suddenly. Other than that it was great!

the hotel was in a nice location and close to many shops and restaurants. The staffs were wonderful and very welcoming. The property was cleaned and the staff took pride in their work. The hotel also provide express menu for their customers or they can also dine in with a selection of food to choose from. Great service and value..!!

there wasn’t anything bad or dislike to say about the property. it was all that I expected to be fair.

Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly . But it took us the day before we went home to get around and find our way back to hotel Milan..we would come back their again .but I would love a Kettle in room instead of TV.

Verranda was very small not sit outside.also we had a child come into our room from next door not safe..

The location was easy to locate on goggle map and is near the church, bus and train station. The staffs were friendly and accomodating especialy the night receptionist- he speaks English.

The bathroom cabinet didn't close properly and it was difficult to regulate the tempertaure of the water.
