the electric charging I was lloking forward to. It was one of the reason I selected the hotel because I travel from Holland and need charging. But I could not pay with my token which works perfect everywhere I go international. I tried my Credit card also but that also di not work to charge my car. I have a Travelcard token (perhaps that is good to know) I noticed there was only 1 car connected and you had about 8 spots to charge...so perhaps more electric car travellers have this problem. It is a big USP and a reason to select a hotel if you can charge your car. so something to look at

Staff were very helpful & friendly even before we arrived! I had certain requests & got very quick responses which were then followed through for our stay. (Eg. Franco, who also checked us out). Restaurant was pleasant for evening meal. Room had very nice comfy bed & good facilities. Free Parking on site & it’s not far from the motorway. We only stayed one night so did not explore travelling to Lille centre. There was a small gym onsite & they used wooden rather than plastic room keys, so also eco-friendly. Fun games (football & pool tables) around for kids (& adults!)

Nothing to say really. Maybe would have been nice to have a coffee machine (instead of instant coffee), in addition to the kettle in the room.

Nice big room and great breakfast. Plenty of room in the lounge for the children to stretch their legs.

We travelled as a family and this obviously isn't a family orientated hotel, it clearly is a corporate/business place,. The restaurant wasn't serving main meals unitl 7pm, I don't think our 2 year old would wait that long. I'm not really blaming the hotel, we stayed there because it was convenient location on the way to our destination, we didn't think their main aim are families.

- very friendly, helpful staff - good location based on our needs - secure parking - ample sized family room - lovely terrace to enjoy good food from restaurant - great coffee!

- some aspects of the room not the best standard (broken safe in closet/poor fixtures in bathroom that looked dated and worn) - no fridge in bedroom

The room was large and comfortable. There is a restaurant on site. The location is also good with plenty of parking spaces and a bus and tram very close

No fridge in the room in the hot weather a fridge would have been nice.

The hotel was great. I loved the comfy beds and hot water, also a great location for taking the tram into the city centre so the car could stay in the free parking all weekend. Staff were super helpful 🤩

We didn't take breakfast at the hotel. At 18 euros a head for a French breakfast, we could get cheaper in town. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. No complaints at all. Huge car park. Lille is about 20 minutes by tram. Easy and cheap; tram stops outside the hotel.

What made this place was the great staff, all so friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel spaces were well designed, all high quality furnishings and beautifully designed. The room was very nice, great shower and very clean.

Wish we had stayed longer!!

The room was very big and the hotel modern and clean with a lot of areas to rest, play games or read books. The breakfast was very good with a lot of fresh and quality products, as well as excellent coffee. The hotel has established a bar/bistro outdoor on a wonderful terrasse by the river which was a huge bonus to our stay. free parking and only 100m from the first Tram station is extremely convenient.

The restaurant for diner was not as good as we hoped.

1. Secure parking at hotel; 2. Hotel set back from road in quiet location; 3. Good size room with all required facilities; 4. Everything spotlessly clean; 5. Friendly helpful staff

1. Quite expensive for out of town hotel; 2. Location for this hotel in between busy roads makes it suitable only for guests with car/ taxi - but this was fine by us since we were travelling by car and wanted secure parking as priority
