Considering the price, it's excellent! The staff is very friendly, speaks English perfectly, and is extremely warm and accommodating. The hotel's location is great, with everything accessible by walking or tram (it takes 20-30 minutes by tram to reach the hotel). Complimentary coffee, tea, and candies are a nice touch! Although we decided not to have breakfast at the hotel, the common areas served us well for board games. Our room was impeccably clean, just like in the photos. It's tastefully decorated and very aesthetically pleasing. We opted for a room with bunk beds, which was a bit smaller, as was the bathroom, but we expected that since we chose the most economical option. We didn't experience any noise issues, but it's possible the hotel wasn't fully occupied, as we traveled off-peak. There is a bit of noise from the hallway, door closing, etc., but it didn't bother us since we didn't spend much time in the room. A warning for those sensitive to smells: when we entered the room, there was a strong air freshener scent, but we quickly got used to it. Also, the towels have a vinegar smell, but they are very soft and genuinely clean. The hotel is eco-friendly, so it's recommended not to change towels every day if you stay longer than 2 nights.

The major downside is the uncomfortable mattresses. Ours were quite old and completely sagging in the middle, so if sleeping comfort is crucial for you, it might be better to consider another hotel. Also, the bed linens are fully tucked into the bed, which can be inconvenient, especially when pulling out the blanket on the bunk bed, risking pulling half of the sheet out.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed very big and comfortable. The shower worked well with plenty of hot water: hand soap/shower gel was provided. The location of the hotel was excellent and it was easy to walk to the sea front or the old town. Buffet breakfast was good and set you up for the day. Nice to have a safe in the room also.

A slight annoyance was that one wardrobe door did not open fully because it hit the bedside table which was attached to the headboard of the bed (so could not be moved). Also there were no drawers to put clothes in although there were compartments in the wardrobe (on the non fully opening side). There were no coffee making facilities in the room although free tea/coffee and cool water were available in the entrance lobby. The bed was nice and big but consequently the room around the bed was a bit small.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It's just a 5 min walk from the old town and Massena square. The beach is also really close to the hotel. You can easily reach the hotel from the airport with Tram line 2 and just 2-3 minutes walk. The staff was really friendly and kind. The rooms are small but comfy and you have everything you need.

We were not able to fully close the windows (there was a 1 cm gap at the bottom), which is not a big deal and definitely won't be a problem during the summer period. The walls are slim and you can clearly hear your neighbors.

Hotel Nap by HappyCulture exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The warm and welcoming ambiance, coupled with the impeccable service, made my stay truly enjoyable. 1. At reception you can get free unlimited filtered water, coffee, tea, sweets. You could take a free beach umbrella, and in case of rain - umbrella. 2. The hotel has an elevator 3. The room and hotel were clean and pretty. 4. Comfortable bed. 5. Decent breakfast, but there is no diversity (we had 2 nights, so it was not a red flag for us) 6. Good A/C everywhere in the hotel(this can be also bad, when you come back to the hotel after 30+ heat outside and you feel cold air) 7. Excellent location. 10 mins to the beach, couple of mins to the shopping center, 5 minutes to the Nice Etoile Parking if you arrive by car, multiple shops around

1. It would be perfect if the hotel provided slippers. When you walk in the room with bare feet, you can hear steps and noise of the floor from the room above. 2. Maybe lack of diversity for a breakfast

Staff are welcoming and helpful. They provided restaurant recommendations and travel directions, and always greeted us with a smile. Even though it is in a busy part of town, the room was very well isolated from street noise.

The room was comfortable with the exception of the lighting. It needed an overhead light or some other way to illuminate the room at night, the small lights on the desk and corners of the bed were insufficient. Also could use a bit more storage space, like a small chest of drawers.

Everything was perfect as in pictures. It is in a quiet street only a few steps away from pedestrian zone and close to all the sights. It has good connection to the airport. It was very clean. The staff was extremely pleasant. The breakfast was abundant. At all times there was drinking water and hot drinks(tea, coffee) at your disposal. I would definitely stay here again and I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

The room wasn't very soundproof, but that didn't ruin the impression.

A well looked after hotel in a great spot not too far from the beach and city centre. We really enjoyed our stay here, the bed was comfy and the facilities well looked after. Breakfast was included and provided a substantial amount of options. It was the location that made it great, easily being able to walk to and from the beach and everything else in the area. The staff at the front desk were very kind on our arrival and explained everything really well.

They offer balcony rooms (which we had asked and hoped for) but from what can be seen on the front of the property, only two rooms have balconies so actually getting a room with one may be very tricky.

Everything is great, even if it looks maybe not so new on the some of the images, everything is perfectly new. Clean and cozy, please don't mind the comments about thin walls since you won't feel it at all. All the personnel are great, cheerful and kind and very fluent in English, so there wasn't any problems. The best part of this accomodation is its ideal location. Everything is close to you. It is in the city centre, beach, all the promenades, and stations (bus, tram,train). My recommandations for this place, it went above my expectations, and I will surely be back!

Maybe there should be a main source of light on the celling, instead of lamps.

Loved this hotel. The room and shower were lovely, staff were great and location was perfect. We got the train most days to visit other places on the coast. The train station was just about 10 minutes away, so it was perfect. Equally it was really close to the beach and lovely restaurants and shops. The coffee machine at reception was a nice bonus too. I noted some comments about noise but I didn't find it any more noisy than hotels in general.
