Modern, clean and spacious. Mini kitchen had good facilities including dishwasher

Parking at 9€ was expensive

Very good mattrass of the bed. Also the sleeping couch was sufficiently comfortable for our kids (ages 12 and 17). The appartment was clean and silent (nr 5).

The breakfast was fairly basic/simple, especially compared to the breakfast from the Appart'City in La Rochelle where we stayed 2 weeks ago. Also, it's a shame they didn't offer any alternatives for people that are intolerant to gluten and lactose like my husband (there were good alternatives in Appart'City in La Rochelle). But all in all we enjoyed our 1 night stay.

Excellent stay here, going past our expecations that were ok, but choosing a chain, sometimes we have had ok apartments from the same chain somewhere else, but this time we were surprised, got called by the staff to arrange check in, nice view from the appartment, everything clean and working well, kitchen well enough supplied, really good bed, parking space for quit acceptable price (9 euro per day) on walking distance from Orleans centre. Thanks for the stay!

Nothing to complain about, we were very happy.

Check in was easy and the room was as expected - no frills but what we needed for a night. We also were able to reserve parking (for a cost) in advance which was helpful to park in the gated lot! The walk to the main attractions in the city was a bit on the longer side, but beautiful.

Only 1 pillow per person and the vending machine in the lobby wasn't marked as such, but was out of service (and the staff couldn't support).

We enjoyed having our own - very adequate kitchen - and the independence that gave. The room was a good size with an adequate bathroom. It wasn't far from the centre of Orleans. The parking was very convenient and the man at Reception very helpful.

There was no air conditioning and so was very hot the nights we were there. The rooms weren't cleaned during the stay which wasn't too much of a hassle but clean towels might have been nice.

The location was great. 10min walk to the city. The Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The Room was very spacious.Good Parking space bt you have reserve it.

Don't expect much of the Breakfast. It was very simple. Too expensive for just Basic things.The Carpet wasn't clean. Stains everywhere.

Stayed here for one night with my 3 children on way to nearby camps site. No fuss accommodation which had everything for our needs. It was clean comfortable and brilliantly located right beside the old town. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful city.

Nothing to report here! Heat was awful but that's out of everyone's control.

Location great, can walk to city centre in 10 mins. Very clean room and everything worked. Staff good.

Arrival. I had to park on the street and book in as was told no parking available. However did get a space but more difficult than it could have been.

I have stayed at Apart City Orleans a number of times. It went through a period when it was becoming shabby but I’m glad to say that this time everything was pristine. The concept of self contained studio apartments is excellent, allowing guests to cook their own food if they wish. The facilities are comprehensive and provide just about everything you would need.

Room was spacious, clean, nice and design style bed linen and king size comfort bed. Good bathroom with shower. Very helpful receptionist. All basic kitchen facilities in a room. Flexible check-in regime. Good location, 10 min to the city center or train station, easy to find. Definitely above expectations. Value for money!
