Hotel facilities were excellent, the breakfast range on offer was fine. The only small issue occurred when there was no hot water on one of the days due to a boiler issue affecting whole hotel. This was resolved but was a little inconvenient after a busy day on the slopes. Also I think the Spa could extend its hours for children to access pool as it is quite limited.

The limited entry time for children to have access to the Spa, especially if you want to chill out with the family after a busy day on the slopes. I think if the pool was available till 6/6.30pm that would be better for those travelling with families. Perhaps the spa could be adult only after 7pm.

Great size rooms and v comfy but there had obviously been a leak from the bathroom before we arrived and we had the choice of walking through soaking wet carpet or putting a towel on the floor everyday. A mini fridge in the room would have been helpful. The pools were lovely but very slippery to walk around the indoor one, my daughter fell over.

Coffee was apparently offered to my husband but only once and so we didn’t have any coffee or milk the whole stay. The restaurant for dinner was great but had a reduced menu for week days so we only ate once.

We had a fantastic stay : Gorgeous location, beautiful decor and very comfortable rooms. The restaurant was modern, extremely well designed, the food was very original and delicious, the staff particularly attentive : We have already decided we'll return once the tramway reopens after June to enjoy this place to the fullest.

The indoor spa facilities are singularly cramped (I have at many similar spa hotels, but this was a first), we were lucky to visit at a quiet time otherwise I doubt we could have dipped a toe in the jacuzzi. With such a limited space, I think the hotel should operate a booking system to ensure everybody enjoys their experience to the fullest. There is also an outdoor pool area that is slightly larger and offers more lounge space, but on a rainy or cold day, it was not an option for us.

Simply divine. A wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room size was great, the spa is lovely too. We had the added benefit of staying when the hotel was very quiet. Underground parking was a great benefit for us on a roadtrip. Will absolutely definitely return in the future.

NOT a complaint, but some staff were perhaps new to the property and couldn't answer all the questions we had including about some of the facilities within the hotel. Whilst the spa is lovely, if the hotel was any busier, it might become a little crowded.

The property was very clean, modern and comfortable. They have a spa which is very nice and a cool bar area. the rooms are very good size and the view of the mountains is amazing!

location is far from the train station so consider this if you are not traveling by car. there are some buses, but avoid the taxis as they tend to charge whatever they want and in most instances is a ridiculous amount (one taxi charge me 20 the other 40 euros). staff at hotel is nice but not particularly helpful when it comes to arranging transport - there is no concierge.

Beautiful hotel with helpful friendly staff. Bedrooms a good size with comfy beds. Nice balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Pool area was lovely albeit small and will get busy during peak times. Overall a really nice hotel and would stay here again

Breakfast choice was a little underwhelming and got very busy and if you go later, alot of things weren't replenished. Rooms would benefit from a small fridge/mini bar. Couldnt seem to get the air conditioning to go below 21c and quite stuffy in 30c heat. We also found some of the tiles were loose on the balcony and had an accident but hopefully that will be fixed as the hotel is still being developed in parts.

This is a delightful hotel, perfectly located in Saint Gervais with a friendly staff and tasty restaurant. Room was large, sparkling clean and very comfortable, with two lovely balconies with great views. Great bar and very good cocktails.

The spa isn’t really large enough for the hotel, all facilities were full. They should also warn you to reserve the restaurant in advance as it fills up quickly. They should also be more flexible with letting people eat take out from the restaurant at the tables right in the restaurant where nobody is seated. The perplexing policy of only being able to eat in your room was not helpful, although eventually they let us eat at the empty tables.

Beautiful period building with modern interior set within a 5 minute walk from the village centre. Luxuriously spacious double bedroom with very comfortable large beds. Large bathroom with nice powerful showers. Lovely balcony view. Great media centre to view your photos via Chromecast. Very friendly reception staff who made every effort to be helpful. Decent spa with sauna and jacuzzi. Optional massage which we didn't use in the end.

Very little. The busy road next to the outside pool is a bit noisy but a minor gripe.

This outstanding rating is real! The 4 out of 5 was given only because I didn't use the spa and I can't comment. This hotel is everything you would want for a peaceful Alps getaway!! Incredibly beautiful area, lovely hotel, fulsome, scrumptious breakfasts and staff that went out of the way to help in finding taxis, helping with information. The room was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. You WILL BE THRILLED BY THIS HOTEL.

I should have arranged a taxi for the day we arrived by train before our arrival. The hotel found us a wonderful taxi company that we used through our trip (Aurelio and Valerie) but I was a bit worried on arrival.
