Tasteful bedroom - upgraded so smaller would have been too small. Excellent breakfast served by two very efficient staff who kept everything topped up. Staff friendly and very helpful. Trilingual.

Location is 15 mins walk from centre and same to train station. There are no immediate restaurants if you are tired so a bit isolated without the walk. Uber worked well though. This is a 4 star hotel and we saw others which were better. Toiletries were just a flask of general soap - mean for this type of hotel. Take your own shower cap etc .

The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. They also spoke English fluently. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The ambience of the lobby was welcoming and cozy, especially on a winter's night.

As an Americans, we like having washcloths to wash our faces, but recognize that isn't a European custom It would be nice as an option. :0)

it was very quiet and friendly. The staff were very helpful when I needed things (ironing board). The room was small but comfortable and very functional, with everything one needed there.

The staff was really really friendly! Cool hotel, cool style! We got a baby cot for free! Small but nice breakfast!

We had a room with a “broken” air conditioning and unfortunately it was a quite hot that night. The window was not an option because it was quite noisy outside... very sad it the 4 stairs you have to take to get to the elevator (very small one), which makes this not the perfect place to come with a baby. The coffee was not great but ok. But overall it is a really nice place!

The hotel breakfast is good enough. Fruits, yogurt, cereal, local cheese, egg, bacon, home bread. The staff is very friendly, we were able to have breakfast earlier in out checkout date. Also, the offer us a free upgrade during our stay!!

The room was a bit chilly in the morning. Even though the location can't be changed, it's a 15 minutes walk to downtown

Very comfortable beds, friendly staff. It's in a quiet part of town, away from the centre. But perfect if you're attending a conference on that side of town.

Shower set up wasn't great, on the wall in at the side of the bath and couldn't adjust the height.

Great hotel, great service and our room was perfect for a family of 3 (room 245). Its a 15 minute walk into town and very little public transport available… which is all that stopped it being a 10 for us. We would definitely stay again.

The room was nicely decorated, the bed comfortable. I also enjoyed the sauna, however the sauna and fitness area needs to be booked in advance as it can only be used by 1 person at a time. The breakfast was straightforward, but good, however, coffee options are limited (there is no cappuccino).

Excellent hotel. Spacious rooms, clean and modern. Good breakfast and there are different choises on different days. Helpful reception. Air-conditioned.

Towel hooks were unpractical. Not a big issue.

Very comfortable hotel, nice size of the rooms, perfect soundproofing. We haven’t slept so well in a hotel! Location is okay: not in the very center, but within walking distance to all of the tourist attractions. Very convenient if you come by train.
