OKKO Hotels Toulon Centre

Excellent hotel with super good location in the city center close to the train station (3min walk). The staff at the hotel are extremely nice and attentive and the lounge with soft drinks and snacks included in the price is such a good addition to the experience. They even serve a small plate of aperetivos (entrees) by local producers every night between 18:30 and 20:30. We really loved our stay at Okko Hotels and fell in love with the city. Toulon has such special charm and good vibes that we will surely be back. And when we are we're going to stay at Okko Hotels.

We didn’t book breakfast but the hotel offered free coffee/tea with fruit and biscuits 24/7 in the club room off the reception area and that set us up nicely each morning. We were there for a Munster match against Toulon and the hotel is a short walk to the stadium. In fact it is a short walk to everything! The restaurant adjoining the hotel is excellent and we ended up eating most of our meals there.

I can’t find a fault with anything.

Very clean and neet, simple, essential, good taste. Comfortable bed, well isolated from the noise outside.. Great location and professional and kind staff. I had no time to try all the services but the common breakfast/living room is very nice and stylish.

I found the place a bit too impersonal and the room, had I been with a partner or for a longer stay, too small. The price is on the high side being in law season and not including breakfast. Booking with booking.com you are misguided to think you are paying less than what then you are charged. This is probably responsibility of booking.com but the hotel should be aware of it.

They Everything about everything was perfect. The location is perfect it's on top of a square so you can never get lost. The train and bus station is a two minute walk and the harbour a 10 minute walk if you take it slow. There's so many places to see in walking distance. The place was clean cool stylish and even personalised as I checked in early and they held my baggage late. The food was so so yummy, I love the club services too, such an amazing idea I don't ever want to go back to hostelling any other way. And don't even get me started on the service. Best hotel service I've ever had. I felt so pampered and welcomed and at home. They knew what I liked to order, took extra time to greet me and were so helpful going the extra mile to explain things to me. Anywhere I stay in the future I will look for one of their hotels ❤️

Nothing I really do rate this place as the hotel to choose

The complete concept, which is very refreshing. The availability of the lounge area. The location and quietness of the room. Above all though the staff who were proactive and extremely positive and helpful. There must be a very good training system in place.

The metal furniture, especially the headboard that flexed if you were sitting up. It made a sound as the pressure of anyone leaning against it as you sit up in bed and watch TV or read a book.

The concept for this hotel is good. Natural products, a we work kind of space off reception. Always clean. Very modern bathroom, very central to the railway station and the center of the city.

Only complaint was that the temperature in the room was too cool. We asked for extra blankets. And the pillows are all natural but very large and very firm and not to everyones taste. Also during the week the reception/work space did not serve alcohol after 10. During the winter the town tends to close up quite early.

The room that was accessible thought day and night just to chill out and relax , included free teas and coffees and fruit , snack and biscuits, and juices al free , rooms comfortable and bathroom shower modern. There was also a rooftop bar. It is very centre located so some noise of people later at night singing , but it just added to the character of the place lively and happy.

The hotel is just within several steps to all the attractions and just couple of minutes walking to the train station. Beautiful club/lounge area accessible by all hotel guests with good selection of snacks, fruits and tea/coffee Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully designed rooms Rooftop terrace bar with partial view of Place de la Liberte.

Nothing obvious

I love the quality of the hotel. The staff was really nice and welcoming. The bedroom was really clean. I love the fact the the lounge was offering small treats, an apperitivo and coffee/drinks!

This is really a matter of preference, but I thought the mattress was a little too hard for me and I liked less the feeling of the linen sheets.
