Went to a wedding at the nearby chateaux and walked back to the Ruolottes des Ris for the night. We had a lovely welcome when we checked in, helped by google translate. The breakfast was delivered exactly when we asked for it, a basket containing croissants and bread, jams, yoghurt, plums, coffee and orange juice all of which were really good. The accommodation was clean and the bed was very comfy. We didn't really use the kitchen so cannot comment on that. Unfortunately the weather was poor so we couldn't use the outsdide seating but would have loved to relax on the recliners. We really enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the site, certainly a different experience.
Just a note of caution if you are walking back from the chateux that you need a torch until you reach the main part of the site when automatic lights come on. Otherwise we have no negative comments
