Best Western Kutaisi

Overall accommodation was clean and staff was helpful. They gave us the room early due to over early morning flight . They had fairly good options in the breakfast. The restaurant/Bar at the top is good but does not have the Halal Food Option. The location of the hotel is super convenient. Near to white bridge, park and city center. Surely a good option in Kutaisi

It seems they usually come across service issues such as Lift was not functional for few hours, telephone did not work and had to coordinate with manager over whatsapp. Wifi speed and quality needs improvement.

The room was nice and modern with a very decent bathroom. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Kutaisi and we had a view of the river and White Bridge from our room. The staff were very friendly and were always willing to help. The staff in the rooftop bar were so polite and very attentive. The rooftop bar is great and you probably have the best views of Kutaisi from up there, overall the room was fine and had everything we needed and the hotel had a great location!

The keycard to the room for some reason stopped working about 3 or 4 different times and we had to keep going down to reception for them to reset it which was a little inconvenient and weird why that kept happening. Also the hours of the housekeeping is a bit weird, the fact that they stay until 7PM to clean rooms isn't something I have had happen at any other hotel and maybe you leave early in the morning and come back at 6:30PM for example and they are still going around cleaning the rooms.

Nice location, friendly stuff, comfortable double bed and great sleep after late night arrival.

The only thing- we stay 2 adults+2 kids, and I booked suite with double bedroom and separate area with sofa bed. So, sofa bed was not prepared for sleep, we all slept on double (it was most probably 2m wide bed), but the sofa-bed itself was old and very "used", I even didn't want to ask for providing extra linen at night, as I didn't really want to sleep on this "used" sofa... however the bed was new and comfortable! Just consider renovating sofa bed please

Everyone on the staff team was very helpful. My wife and I wanted to go to Gelati Monastery with very little notice and the hotel staff organised it for us very efficiently and quickly. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was very friendly and wanted to help us. This was exceptional service, so thank you!

The Wi-Fi in our room was very poor and kept cutting out quite frequently. I appreciate probably every guest in the hotel will use the Wi-Fi at some point, but an international hotel chain should have robust enough Wi-Fi on every floor and reaching every room! This was the ONLY disappointing aspect of our stay.

Good hotel from where all attractions, restaurants etc. are within walking distance. Pedestrian area starts just in front of the hotel so no traffic noises and also hotel is on the side from where you arrive or depart with taxi to airport. Room was cozy and bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good and there was not big choice of different food but just reasonably enough and tasty choices. Great value of money!

Elevator is quite busy and as we were on first floor we used stairs. Generally everything very OK!

The location of the hotel is strategic and has a river view… The breakfast buffet had a range of cuisines that I liked. The room was spacious and I was lucky to have a river view. Spent my sunsets on the hotel’s rooftop in the cold weather. But above all, I want to thank the staff especially Archil, Keso, Bato & Nini… they were cheerful, helpful and professional. On my last day I had to leave very early so they prepared for me a lunch box with coffee so I don't miss my breakfast… definitely visiting again. With love, Norma

Breakfast was very good , the lady supervisor was very pleasant and happy to make omelet as our customised choice of preference,even though breakfast area is small , there were satisfactory variety of choices..room was so clean and perfect for the family to stay over there, location wise perfect and with great view…front desk both reception administrators were very nice and so pleasing for communication , roof top restaurant is amazing great for late night dinner/ drinks with scenic view of city, bar waitress girl was so friendly and attentive.. she was so sweet.

The hotel location is very good. The breakfast was average. Staff were helpful. Clean room with big bed.

The Wifi coverage is very bad, very slow inside the room. The room was smaller than what they showed in hotel photos.small TV, no smart TV. They are charging money for early check-in, which is very strange!!

A lovely hotel with cozy rooms, fine breakfast, hospitable, always helping and friendly staff, top location and a grand terrace bar. Highly recommended for Kutaisi visitors.

A restaurant (obviously used for breakfast) is quite tiny. When it's busy in the morning, it is a bit of challenge to move around getting food without bumping into one another. And then seat just back to back nearly touching each other.

Great experience at Best Western Hotel Kutaisi. Nice clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very tasty. The hotel is located on a riverbank just near the city center which makes it a great place to start your sightseeing. The restaurant on the roof top provides an amazing view on the city from the terrace and the cuisine is great, although their selection is a bit limited.
