Altstadthotel Arte

I have stayed here two times, and will most probably come back. The rooms differed quite much, the fisrt time we stayed in the buidling where the receprtion is. The room was absolutely ok, more or less like a standard room, wothout anyhting extra. Clean - yes. The second time we stayed in a newer part, so we had to go 100 m from the reception. The room was fantastic. Fulda is a really nice small town, and the hotel is situated perfectly in "downtown". The hotel also has parking in a cellar beneith the hotel, whoch is really good if you come by car. When travelling through Europe, Fulda is definately worth a stop and this hotel is then a perfect stay..

The Superior double rooms were recently renovated and therefore are in excellent condition. Some snacks and drinks in the Minibar were free. The Altstadthotel Arte has a prime location in the city center with lots of possibilities within walking distance. There's a supermarket right around the corner and the train station is 10 mins walking distance. Bathroom is neat.

The double bed was actually two single beds which cleaves the sleeping surface.

We stayed here for a " date night" and it was lovely. The room was one of THE MOST spacious we ever stayed in. Very close proximity to the centre of town. Quiet in spite of being so close to town. We ate in the hotels own restaurant and had a fabulous meal & evening. All we had hoped for, as a couples getaway. Recommend booking for the restaurant... it was pretty well fully booked. Highly recommended.

The placement was excellent in the old town and the room was very comfortable and convenient. The surprise present for guests who do not want the hotel staff to clean their room was very-very clever and nice idea.

The restaurant is outside of the hotel, in case of bad weather, the movement can be a bit adventurous.

it was clean, comfortable and very close to the old town Fulda. the bed very comfortable. The hair dryer was excellent as was the coffee maker already charged with water. we were also disappointed that parking was not available but we found adequate parking within a short distance. The Brauhaus food, atmosphere and service was also very good and a good value.

the shower floor was very slippery and there were no hand holds.

Nice hotel. We arrived by car and parked in the hotel garage, 10 euro a night. Room was fine, everything worked well. Breakfast very good. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which we enjoyed. Fulda is a nice town.

Room is placed in a building on the other side of the street from where reception is. No big deal really..

Nice breakfast in a brewery with a wonderful server! Despite the very location central the double windows blocked almost all the noise. The AC in an older building is almost always a highlight.

A bit older furniture, but with AC and fairly clean. Reception closed from 20:00 till 07:00. Breakfast starts only at 7:00 too.

We Loved our stay and would diffently recommend this hotel. Clean, big rooms, Bedding was white and the beds were very comfortable. Walking distance from the Train and to shopping . We didn't have Breakfast it wasn't included but available.

Absolutely amazing place with very very comfortable beds, nice furniture, great design and spacious - nice bathroom with a shower. There is a coffe machine and mini bar in the room which was located in a new part of the hotel. Location is great but it is a bit difficult to find parking in a good price (less than 15 eur). Very nice crew. It is also possible to buy craft beer.

Everything was PERFECT !!!!

The location is perfect and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was good. Sightseeing, restaurants, cafes and great shops are all within walking distance.
