Zi Hotel

We were very tired after a trip of 1700 km and arrived at the hotel at 10 am and received the key to our room. Kettle and tea in the room were very helpful. The positive impression of the hotel formed a positive impression of the visit to Karlsruhe. The hotel is located in the city center near the Palace. There is a tram stop nearby, from where you can get to different parts of the city. Simple, clean and cosy. Friendly staff. Next time I will stay in this hotel.

There was no roof top pool with mineral water and no complimentary coffee in bed in the morning. And the rest is very good. Thank you for the good welcome and early check-in.

Perfect location in the center, public transportation just in front of the hotel. Restaurants und Bars just in walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful as always.

Rooms to the street can be noisy in summer due to the fact that bars and tram just in front and no a/c in the room if you want to keep the windows open. Cleanliness and condition of the room can be improved compared to previous stays.

Great location in the centre of town. Tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls and many tourists sites are a few minutes walk from the hotel. Lovely staff. This was my second stay in the hotel and definitely not the last

location. The house keeping staff were excellent, they could not do enough for us.

Very warm when we visited, no ac but fan in room and large window. Still too warm in room. Apart from the small reception area and the very darkly decorated bar there was no where quiet to relax

The check-in and check-out process done at the hotel's bar was really smooth and fast. Although the room was small, it was cozy and comfortable. We were facing an inner courtyard, so it was quiet and peaceful. But if you got a room facing the street, maybe it would have been noisier, as it is directly above a busy street and a few bars. The staff were friendly and kept good hygiene rules in place during the pandemic. We were most surprised by the nice breakfast which had many options and was very satisfying. Make sure you go early though to avoid a line or waiting times. It is a quick 5min walk to downtown Karlsruhe (shopping district, old town, Schloss). So perfect location. A tram also passes in the street with a tram stop just across the road (closed for renovation during our stay, but should be working again soon). Overall a great stay, perfect for a night or two in Karlsruhe.

The room was small, but was clean and with a cozy bed. The shower was a bit odd with water that could run out onto the floor, so we had to keep a towel on the floor all the time. Otherwise, it was ok.

Service is excellent, very clean, breakfast is super correct. We were very satisfied and highly recomend this hotel to everyone who appreciate high quality at a modest price.

The location is just right for my needs; the hotel staff is exceptionally forthcoming; rooms are quiet and quite fit for business travelers.

Room size and location. Close to plenty of nightime dining and activities and close to the main station.

Bedsheets a little dirty from previous. Not that it was unclean, but old sheets.

The lady of the reception desk help me for everything . Very professional and prepared to satisfy my requests. Great parking and breakfast
