Prinzhotel Rothenburg

Location was perfect. Only 5 min walk to the hotel from the train station. Cross the traffic lights and follow the sign for Alstadt to get there by short cut. Google map takes longer. Very convenient and quiet location - near the gates. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave all the information. Excellent service. Food at the restaurant was good, but breakfast was a little pricey.

The room was cold - There was only a heater in the bathroom and it was not strong enough. The beds would be narrow for larger people, but perfect for tall people as it is 191cm long. However, it was comfortable for me.

The hotel room was tidy and clean... the staff was nice and helpful... hotel location was very convenient... generally very much satisfied ...

Our experience was very nice ... parking place was available right besides the hotel ... it's Rothenburg remember... I can just recommend this place...

We had 2 rooms because we were traveling with family, both rooms were spacious and clean. We arrived late but the hotel arranged everything for our arrival without any problems. The night was very hot and they arranged a fan for us even without us asking (the rooms have no airco). It is inside the city walls and we could walk around easily. There is a cheap parking close by and it is very convenient.

We didn't have breakfast, unfortunately the price was a bit too high for us. I would like to see another option of a cheaper breakfast. Apparently there was a card informing the wi-fi password in all rooms except ours, we had to ask other guests for it since the reception was already closed and the doors to access it were locked. I'd suggest to place signs with the wi-fi details on the walls of the hallway.

Just inside city walls near Parking 4. Easy distance with luggage and easy walk into town center. Room was large with two windows that opened. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. We loved staying here!

The price of breakfast was high. We walked a couple of blocks and ate breakfast at a bakery/ cafe. It costs less for both of us than for one person at the hotel.

Our room was lovely and roomy, lots of room for our toddler to sleep and safely practice walking and play. The bathroom was big and clean. The location is superb, so close to the city with easy parking nearby.

There isn't a kettle in the room which was tricky when it came to making our toddlers bottle. The staff were very accommodating though and gave us a Thermos with some boiling water.

The adjustable bed was a good surprise 😊 It was a very comfortable bed. German charming historical architecture from the outside and modern in the inside. Nice location as it is within the town wall and all tourist destinations are reachable by foot. There's a playground for small kids just outside the wall less than 5min walk. Parking is also nearby inside and outside the wall. Small and nice restaurant at the ground floor. We had breakfast and dinner there. Breakfast selection is great, better than average for this price. We can order scramble eggs, cappuccino from machine. Nice and friendly staffs. No hassle to checkout a bit later. All in all, it was a great experience for us.

The room was a bit cold at times.

Breakfast was good everything what you need was there

This is just a personal reference and i knew the rooms are very colourful:) i absolutely loved the exterior and would’ve preferred a matching interior suitable to the location and the outside BUT tastes are different and i loved the location so nothing to complain about just a opinion 😊

I had a single room with a rather large and comfortable bed...which I was very happy with! The location is great as it's still in the old town area, but just a block away from where all the tourists are.

Not real complaints but the shower wasn't overly hot (at around 9am) and there was a small area of the floor in my room that had clearly not been cleaned.

Very comfortable rooms in a great location - booked 3 rooms and occupants all slept very well. Very quiet although brilliantly placed for walking the walls (few yards) and few minutes to centre of town.

Parking outside would have been perfect but not a problem

Easy communication before and during our stay. Very family friendly. Ideal location.

Very warm mid summer with only z smalle ventilator.
