Very comfortable and nice hotel. Modern design in the rooms. There are free parking in front hotel, also ability order garage parking slot. The place were nice - near the water/lake, kids able to swim

Restaurant food and service. Food wasnt tasty, we tried bbq chicken and summer salmon bowl, sound good only in menu. We didnt able to order any simple food for kids (sausages). Service in restaurant wasnt good as well: we got others peoples drinks, we took from other table forks because we got the food plates without full set of tools, people from other tables helps to translate into german languages ..

Nice and well decorated Property, rooms are spacious and large, well designed and extremely comfortable.

Attention at check-in correct but Slow, the organization by check-in for groups where extremely bad. Restaurant, if we can call it so, is just a large terrace with some inside feting’s, tables dirty, and service slow, limited menu. We order a Zürich Geschnetzeltes with Rösti, the portions very tiny and the rösti was a potato omelet, nothing to do with Rösti bad taste. Dessert a Limon Tarte hard, and not tasty, more a Gelatine with Limon as a cake! Beside that pricing was extreme high!

- nice and helpful service (however not everyone were speaking good quality English), - location - beautiful area with lake and park and close to all the points we wanted to see (accessible with walk or bike), - not too croudy - more quests only during the weekend, - beautiful view from the room, - spacious room, - varied breakfast

- no wellness / SPA area in a hotel itself (there is separate Badeland nearby but you need to go to other building), - not much of vegetables for breakfast and scrambled eggs made of egg powder

Amazing location right on the lake shore with lots of different routes to walk around. Very close to the football arena if you are attending the match and a 15 minutes walk to the Autostadt, a place definitely worth visiting in Wolfsburg

The strange layout of the room with glass wall for the bathroom and a curtain outside of the toilet wall. Not an issue for a solo traveller who might want to look outside while showering but a weird one for the family with teenager

All the options not booked previous to arrival quite expensive. Ex.:Parking and Breakfast fees Payments for the optional services had to paid immediately. The reservation for hotel was done in order to participate in an event which was cancelled. Unfortunately, it was not possible to cancel the hotel reservation only to rebook. At these prices, I would appreciate a more flexible cancellation policy.

I forgot my phone charger in the room, my request to send the charger to my home address was processed promptly for the expense of 10€ only.

The coffee machines at the lobby bar must work and the customers must be serviced until the end of the working time of the lobby bar. Shutting down the machines like 10-15 minutes before the end of the working time is not acceptable.

Modern clean hotel in a good location, a short walk to Autostadt and the city centre. The hotel is located in a park, and overlooks a lake which is pleasant. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. There is very limited free parking spaces outside the entrance, we were lucky and managed to park there throughout our stay.

Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Very befitting for a 4-star hotel. The location is just next to the indoor pool and the bowling center, which made it easy for us to access various places on foot.

Limited free parking spaces in front of the hotel. Underground garage parking was available at additional cost. The expensive bottle of water in the room is not complementary, almost set there as a trap.

Received upgrade free of charge after 5 starys. Breakfast choice is great. Egg to order service, caffee specialities service, exceptionally friendly staff. I was greeted by name when I had asked for a dinner table.

I would encourage the hotel to increase the number of EV Charging outlets at their parking garage. And increase the choice of good wines!!

New hotel with extremely comfortable room. Bathroom was really modern with full glass that opened it up to the room / view but also had a curtain for privacy when needed. Very happy with the level or service and the experience as a whole. Highly recommend if you're visiting the Autostad
