Great,modern,new and clean hotel!Almost every employee extremely kind!Big rooms and exceptional restaurant with amazing view from the rooftop! Very good choice for breakfast with diverse options( including fruits)They clean rooms every day’s!Also they can organise spot for car if you needed.Very close from city centre around 2 km (can walk to the centre)but also in front hotel there’s a local bus station- it goes every 10-15 min.

Just across the hotel are night clubs and big entertainment park for kids -so during the evening and whole night until the morning hours is a big noise!Strangely only one person from hotel restaurant stuff( think her name is Vili)wasn’t so pleasant and communicative.

Excellent and very helpful welcoming staff who did their best to make our short stay an absolute pleasure. Breakfast on the rooftop was wonderful, great selection available. Staff agreed to keep all our luggage safely in the lobby after checking out so we could enjoy exploring for the day, thank you for a wonderful stay, I will definitely reccommed to others.

Room 301 had an unpleasant smell of blocked drains, which became stronger by the morning, as we only stayed one night, I did not point this out. As a family of 5 we would have appreciated being in rooms that were either connecting or much closer to each other. I understand that I booked on the same day and this wasn't possible. Lastly I recommend offering a large bottle of complimentary water and perhaps some biscuits or fruits, as it seems a little petty for a 4 star hotel to charge for the 2 small bottles in the fridge.

broad and varied breakfast offer - lots of sweet or salty pastries, all sort of fresh yoghurt, vegetables, meats, cheeses, etc); a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a huge wrap around balcony overlooking the sea and a partially pedestrian street lined with a myriad of tavernas and restautrants/ estiatorios (Le Grand Bistro was an incredibly pleasant surprise proposing several rather refined dinner options); the spectacle of the sun rise and the street buried in spring flowers was truly uplifting as seen from the generous balcony

not a thing; perhaps the fact that the hotel did not offer parking (the alternative was a free public parking across the road)

we stayed in July 2022, the exceptional view over the Loft, the dinner, the wine list, the friendliness of the staff, they were ready to help. the hotel is right on the summer centre of amusement within walking distance from bars and not far with a car from Verga where the clubs are. i will definately choose the hotel again for my next stay in Kalamata

we had a room with back view as we expected but it seemed less quadrat meters compared to what i had booked. very quite though as we were on the 4th floor. maybe next time i will book the front ones for the excellent view. spacious bed size but the pillows were rather hard and high. Parking is an issue as well. despite that the hotel deserves your attention

Perfect location to stay a bit in Kalamata or for travelling to the airport. Beach just a short walk and in case you are lucky you get a room with a fantastic view to the beach and the mountains. Many bars and restaurants close-by. Very polite receptionists. Nice hotel with clean rooms with enough space and a balcony. The breakfast with local dishes was our highlight of the stay in Kalamata as it's served in the rooftop restaurant. From here you get a perfect view over the bay and the mountains. The best way to start the day!

Big playground for children directly on the opposite side of the road (a bit noisy until it gets dark). Difficult to find a parking space (but you can unload your car directly in front of the hotel!) or you have to pay for a private parking (just some chains around a tarmac place).

I will start by giving 5 stars to the staff, especially to Angela, who, after we were getting a bit riled about waiting to check-in for some 15-20 min (a very demanding family was in front of us), not only she helped us with getting a very nice room and fixing our fridge, but also spent a good amount of time trying to find for us an available pharmacy on a Sunday late afternoon (in the end, we figured the Reception had what we needed...). Also, she found us a parking spot for our motorcycle in the underground garage, which was priceless! The room itself, as expected for the paid price, large, nice, well-furnished, with a sea view, big bathroom, etc. Nothing much to mention here: you get all you expect from a 4* hotel. E great plus for the breakfast - probably the best we've had in 2 weeks of travelling in Greece.

The above-mentioned broken fridge - even after the lady from Reception fixed it, it didn't really freeze anything, but the Reception took to their fridge some medicinal stuff we needed kept cold (another great plus for the staff!). Also, you can probably find better restaurants in the neighborhood - we were too tired to go anywhere else. The hotel's restaurant is not that bad and the staff tried their best - but, again, some other locations might be better.

The bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been and the tub was too small even for showering with an oddly placed spray nozzle and glass partition. I nearly fell twice. Additionally, the refrigerator turns off when you leave the room so if you have refrigerated medication or want your store purchased drinks to stay cold, you’re out of luck. The breakfast was really good, but not a huge selection of hot foods

I forced 3 families to book from California they wanted to stay at Elite and Filoxenia We got offended when we went to your bar and we were told to be quiet ! How can 23 people stay quiet and Greeks ? We were not shouting We were Engaged in conversation with some laughter . No one but one couple and they enjoyed us .

I’ve stayed more times at this hotel than any other property, so that should explain how good it is! There is nothing not to like. Rooms are comfortable and modern, with excellent quality soap/shampoo/shower gel (with the upgraded PAPOUTSANIS range this year). All staff are courteous, efficient and happy to meet any requests. The best breakfast in Kalamata is served on the amazing top floor terrace overlooking the sea and this gets your day off to the best possible start. I like to begin and end my trip to the area with a stay at this hotel because I know I’m not going to be disappointed. The management clearly strives to ensure guests are well looked after in a comfortable environment. That’s why I keep coming back. Thank you.

There’s nothing I don’t like. However, I feel the hotel may now need to consider starting a programme of refurbishment to ensure the high standards guests are used to are maintained.

Although this was the first time we stayed at this hotel in Kalamata, from the moment we walked in we were treated like royalties. They gave us the best room of the hotel, the personel was ultra polite, the room was clean, the service was excellent, the food was superb, the breakfast was awesome. Tip: Visit the Loft for a drink or for a nice dinner. The view from up there is simply amazing. Should we ever visit Kalamata again, we ain't gonna search for another place to stay. That it.
