Hilton Princess San Pedro Sula

The garden and the bar was great. The staff is extremely friendly and attentative. I wasn’t feeling good at breakfast time and Freddy “the bar tender” came up and made me a lime juice drink to help my stomach settle, which in fact I felt better after drinking that. Therefore I wanna say special thanks to Freddy for his kindness and overall I had a great experience staying there.

I like how they catered for me, it's incredible what they did. I stayed there for a couple of times before...somehow they realized the food didn't match my ridiculously strict diet. They changed the menu and had food I could eat. I would never expect this from anyone. This is the type of place your going to here....it's a place that no matter which staff you get they are honest, caring and kind. They genuinely want you to be happy, or they are incredible actors. The staff in this location is what makes this the best hotel I have ever stayed in. If your coming to San Pedro this is my favorite spot to stay.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in and there's nothing I don't like.

The breakfast was great, many different Honduran foods to choose from and western foods to accompany them. The service was exemplary, the staff was hospitable and absolutely lovely, couldn't ask for more. A breakfast experience at this establishment, the Hilton Princess San Pedro Sula is worth the time and money, and the people are the reason for this. They. Are. Awesome.

I wouldn't change anything. I hope they continue their great service and quality.

The people in the hotel are exceptional every single one. They are super attentive, they will do anything in their power to accomodate you. I eat a ridiculously restricted diet and they went above and beyond to make it work for me. It was quite remarkable.

Marijuana is illegal in Honduras....not the hotel's fault but I didn't like it. The staff was super respectful and friendly and made sure to guide me with exceptionally positive attitude so that I had am extremely safe and enjoyable stay even though I wasn't a big fan of the laws.

I liked the service from the front desk to the restaurant it was excellent. It was clean and felt safe at all times.

The beds could've been bigger but i picked the double beds and expected queen size but were full size. I've asked and they don't have queen only king or full.

My room was very nice and comfortable. The hotel facilities are lovely, but not well indicated: explore the bar area, the outside, the pool, ...

a water heater in the room would have been appreciated!

Costumer was excellent and service very very good , excellent food,the only issue was the mini fridge always hot because I try to keep my stuff cold. But the rest was excellent thank you

Excelente staff service. Clean room. Great location. Comfortable bed.

Room had a moldy smell the first day. A/C would sometimes not keep the same selected temperature. Menu was very limited not too much options.

The location waa great, it's close to the big mall. The staff are very professional, and it's very clean.
