Hyatt Regency Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tsui

The location is excellent. Shops, restaurants and public transports nearby.

In-room internet was not connecting except the check-in day. We used our mobile data during the period of staying in this hotel. We talked to the front desk agent but no one follow up with this incident. As a prestigious hotel, Hyatt, it was unacceptable that no wifi service.

We had a wonderful 4 nights stay here. The room was clean and not dusty, and housekeeping was very good. Location was excellent next to the MTR and connected to the shopping mall. Around the hotel there are so many food choices, including the famous Ichiran ramen. We had the dimsum buffet at the hotel’s Chinese restaurant and the food was very good.

The receptionist could serve more with a smile, but I notice it’s the same everywhere :p

I liked the room - it was comfortable, light, and spacious. I liked the staff very much....everyone, from the concierge in the lower lobby to the housekeeping staff, were friendly and kind. I also liked that the hotel prepared food boxes for those Club members who could not go to the Club Lounge until quarantine measures were lifted.

The Club food (breakfast and evening) was exactly the same every day. I would have liked a little more variety. The gym equipment was also a bit old and run down.

The location of this Hotel is good. Right in front of the hotel entrance is East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR exit (N1 and N2). Can also take Exit D1 from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR (Tsun Wan line) to reach the hotel. K11 Art Mall is right beside the hotel. And it is walking distance (abt 10min) to K11 Musea and Habour City. There is many eatery places around this hotel too.

The hotel breakfast was disappointing. On our last night we decided to try the hotel breakfast at a super discounted price because we are hotel guest. To our surprise, a 5 stars hotel like hyatt regency serve very limited choices for breakfast. Lucky we decided to try and pay for only for one day. Rather disappointing though.

Just a 35 min taxi ride to the hotel and taxi fare is reasonable. Very close to the MTR (underground) entrance. We use mainly MTR to other places; we find Hyatt’s location is unbeatable. The king bedroom is spacious. Mattress is quite firm to our liking. The selection of foods is more than adequate for breakfast. We thank all the staff - Reception, Restaurant, Housekeeping and Baggage Services. You are courteous, friendly and helpful and that make our stay enjoyable. Special mention of Arthur who helped us check out. He explained everything very clearly.

The Reception area can be a bit more welcoming.

The location was superb. The Tsim Sha Tsui (TST) station is located in the basement level, just underneath the hotel. The TST station is also linked to the East TST station which is linked to the K11 MUSEA mall - can’t get any better location than this. There’s also a lot of shopping in the underground levels and MTR stations.

** Forgot to add that I wasn’t able to amend my booking to add an additional night so I had to book an extra night ** The check-in process took rather long for some odd reason and the entrance to hotel was rather inconspicuous. My Uber dropped me off at the ground floor and I had to take my own luggage up to the check in counter. Perhaps this could’ve been done better with the concierge on the ground floor helping with the luggages.

I like the location of the hotel, it is really convenient to many places, a couple of minutes walking to the subway, K11 shopping mall, about 10 minutes to Victoria harbor, Square 1881, and ferry. The buffet for breakfast and lunch is excellent. The internet is very fast. Air condition system works very well, towels dry very fast.

Being a five star hotel, they did not even offer body lotion to guests. The staff were OK and professional but not very friendly. It is pricy compared with other same level hotels around it. It is not that good value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located in Tsim Sha Tsui, with the subway station, Star Ferry, and various ethnic eateries, shops, and museums nearby. Our corner room with three single beds and a partial harbor view was spacious for three big suitcases and suitable walking spaces. The housekeeping staff provided excellent and attentive services.

The bottled water provided was put in the bathroom. It is better to place them on top of the cabinet in the main room.
