rooms should be more clean, for instance, in my room there was one one piece of chowmin was stuck on the leg of the working chair, stain in the WC inside, upper side, corners of the glass sliding door on the toilet floor has got thick deposition of salt/soap. Bed was perfect. Laminates used in the rooms are to be maintained.

conference people within the dining room. there was a conference of Maruti Suzuki, and many of them was roaming around the dining, for Ball Room.

The Staff are good and cooperative. The Front desk staff of Umesh and Aditya were helpful. The housekeeping is good and responsive. The Restaurant Kitchen staff is outstanding and all the preparations are excellent. Special thanks to Chef Kamlesh. The Breakfast spread is limited but good. Considering the prices charged the overall experience can be termed as excellent. Staff followed the Covid protocols.

The restaurant is understaffed for service. The Service staff is cooperative but not very expeditious or competitively trained.

booked in here because had inernational zoom meetings and needed comfortable chair , desk, coffee making facilities, quiet, good room service, and most importantly excellent WiFi

The electronic restaurant menu is un acceptable. the dining experienced is spoilt. No written menus available, citing covd non-contact as the reason however, the waitress handed us her phone to make an order ... so complicated ... stressful ... we walked out without ordering a meal.

Accommodated my request for a late checkout so that I could complete my meetings without worrying about the check out time. Polite staff. Breakfast was amazing, specially the Ragi Dosa.

No doors for the restroom in the bedroom. It was ok since I was travelling alone, but could be an issue if travelling with family. But I guess, you have different rooms for family :)

I really loved the service extended to us. Two instances: 1. The plumbing in the room next door was faulty, so we could hear sound of water flowing. The house keeping staff immediately took it up with the higher-ups and we were offered a room change within minutes and also free repatriation to the airport as a gesture for the discomfort. 2. I left my work phone in the hotel while checking-out. I called the hotel and requested them to send the phone to the airport. The hotel made sure that the phone was handed over to me within 20 minutes. I cannot thank the hotel enough for making sure the phone was handed over to me on time.

The options for food were very limited. I honestly wish they had buffet lunch and dinner for guests who travel for work especially, like we did. Also, the breakfast options were also very limited. Please add in a few more options for the guests to enjoy.

had an excellent stay at Hyatt Raipur in February 2022 for business. The hotel is amongst the best options in Raipur given its proximity to the airport and being adjacent to the Magneto Mall. The catering facilities are top class especially the breakfast served in -house (thank you Monisha, Raja and Ajen for very personalised service). Overall, an excellent choice based on location, quality of rooms and service etc.

Nothing that I didn’t like

Probably the best service at a hotel during a one month tour of India. Bidisha and the team were fantastic. Monisha at the restaurant is a star! The head of security was incredibly helpful as well, I asked him where I could buy cigarettes and he walked with me to a stall 200m down the road and back - real nice guy with a great moustache!

Everything at Hyatt Raipur was comfort maximized. Right from Shashi at the reception, and even before we checked in, to Monisha, Ajen, Chefs Hasib & Ganesh, and Dipanjan in the cafe, we felt at home and were treated with sincere care, and we felt extremely welcome and comfortable. Absolutely brilliant service all around.

Staff was extremely hospitable. Would like to specially mention Manisha, Provat & Bikas in Restaurant/Bar for their personalised attention. Also worth mentioning is the Front Desk Staff who immediately attended on the complaints - Be it Internet resolution or providing me Key Board/Mouse liaising with IT Dept as my laptop was malfunctioning

Staff of this hotel is very good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Table chair are good for office working. Different type of tea leaves are available in the room . Coffee also may be prepare. Overall all hotel is excellent
