Ramada Jamshedpur Bistupur

I got an upgrade to Club room. Thanks to Hotel Ramada. I stayed for two nights. It was a spacious room with decent decoration, nice furniture, comfortable bed. The toilet was with bath tub and all essentials. Tea maker was available in the room. Locker, laundry bags, sleepers were available. A comfortable sofa and a desk with a chair were available. The restaurant food was excellent. We tried variety of food, all were tasty. The staff behaviour was very good. Room service was prompt. The complimentary breakfast was among the best I have seen in Jamshedpur. Security and safety measures, specially related to Covid, implemented by the hotel, was highly appreciable. The hotel had ample space for parking. The location of the hotel was excellent. There was no traffic in front of the hotel. There was a petrol pump just in front of the hotel.

I could not find any major issue with Hotel Ramada. The gym and swimming pool were not functional due to Covid restrictions. The hotel organises marraige functions and other parties in specific halls / banquets in other floors of the same building. The music is sometimes louder which you can hear from the rooms. The view from the room is not so great.

Best property in Jamshedpur till now. Comfortable and big rooms along with all the necessary items. Buffet breakfast was awesome. Easy check in and check out. No disturbance. Truly professional

Only one thing. While having breakfast, i asked for Latte Coffee but even after waiting for half an hour it was not served. Rest everything was awesome.

Our room had a connecting door to the next room. While this may be very convenient for a family, we found it an invasion of privacy as it was not soundproof at all. Everything said in the other room could be heard on our side and similar May have been the other room’s experience. Needs thought about allotment of these rooms.

It's a neat and clean hotel. Breakfast was very good. Staff behaviour was courteous.

The room size is a bit small. It's a business hotel, doesn't have any facilities for family and kids.Even The swimming pool is very small and ordinary

Breakfast was good. Location of the hotel was convenient. Staff was polite, efficient and helpful. The chef at Jampot restaurant deserves special mention. We ordered continental food and it was very good.

Till late night there was loud music being played with high bass.

Buffet breakfast was far from expectation compared to the hotel standard. Menu of the buffet breakfast needs a total revamp. It was a major let down.

House keeping service was very very slow. It took on an average of 20 mins after we requested for some room service. Not acceptable as per the hotel standard.

The room was very spacious and comfortable.. the staff were very cooperative and responsive. Location of the property is also perfect.

the WiFi wasn’t working and even after complaining multiple times, they didn’t fix it. they kept saying that they are sending the IT staff but they never did

They have given accommodation on early arrival and upgraded me to suite. Welcome drink has been offered to me on arrival. Very care taking staff.

Hotel was easy to find, lobby was spacious and well decorated. Food was okay.

Any noise in the corridor would drift into the room. A very large group was accommodated in the same floor and in the neighboring rooms and opposite rooms. They made a lot of noise even late at night. This was bothersome. Although the site says they follow all covid protocols, we found most staff are wearing the mask below their nose or even below their mouth.
