Jivanta Hotel [Shirdi]

Breakfast buffet was nice I had my breakfast,lunch and dinner at jivanta restaurant it was good room service was also quick loved the location not much far from samadhi temple walking distance hotel provides you pick and drop up facility if you ask for staff is also nice and helpful all over my stay experience was good 😊 would like to visit again and hope jivanta will provide me some discount on my next visit which they promised me😀

I would suggest to keep room freshner in the washroom there was damp odour though exhaust fan were there still i felt they should provide automatic freshner or spray bottle in the the washroom room rest they have provided us body wash , shampoo,hand wash , body lotion and hair dryer too 😊only missing thing which I felt was room freshner 🙂

Location is great, 15 minute walk to the temple, in the quiet area. We felt really comfortable there and staff is really nice. Room was good! The restaurant in the hotel offers good food, too. This is my third stay there and I would love to come back again soon!

Sound isolation can be better (noise from the hotel was heard in the room) and toilet seat can be changed (it was broken).

Peaceful....walkable distance to Saibaba Mandir...nice hotel...polite & co-operative staff

Washrooms are a bit unclean & very compact...doesn't meet the desired spick & span level...could be more cleaner...this is the only thing for which I'm a bit dissatisfied...again they have their shuttle service for darshan which wasn't available even once in our entire 2 day stay as they have only 1 vehicle available....bt as it's a walkable distance..that shouldn't be a matter of concern...rest I would say value for money

The proximity to the temple,the drop and pick up service from the temple and most importantly,the F.O staff ,Manoj, Revenue Mgr. Kasturi Rao,H.K staff Kiran and Hemant Singh from the Restaurant Dept were brilliant and noteworthy. The Food was brilliant. Do not change your Chef.

The pool table had a big torn section of cloth. Looks very bad. Please change it.Looms very neglected.

Food was excellent. Service is prompt.Restaurant serves Satwik food.During our entire stay we had food only in the Hotel. Close to the temple.Hotel provides shuttle service.

Though room, linen, towels were clean they were old. Need to be periodically replaced.Breakfast starts only from 8am. Can be advanced to 7am or 7.30am

The staff was very welcoming and supportive. The room while small, was clean and comfortable. Great value. Used to stay at the Sun-n-sand before, but decided after last year’s experience to switch because of the staff.

Parking is limited

The location is very nice and walkable to the mandir. The staff in this property are very very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant Madhuban has to offer some really delicious, healthy and hygiene food. Good choice for a short stay for the mandir.

Nothing specific, the bathrooms can be maintained a bit more cleaner

Supportive staff. Free car drop-off and pick-up for Samadhi Mandir. Chef made nice Maharashtra cuisine for lunch and dinner on our request.

Everything, especially the food, and our room was upgradedto deluxe, thanks to the gentlemen at the reception.

Variety of food should increase... Prices are quite high
